Botched my Family Law case. Filed the wrong paperwork twice. I did most of the talking because he forgot the simple background of my issues. Refused to give me Opposing Counsel's responses and all court documents even upon termination. Needed to consult with others many times. One invoice in six months. No receipt for second payment. Used every penny of my retainer with nothing to show for it. Worst attorney I have ever had. If he didn't know how to litigate my case, he should have been upfront about it, giving me a better chance at putting good money to work. There were red flags from the get go. If one of his friends (in other reviews) didn't refer him, I wouldn't have stuck it out. It would be nice to be able to trust someone and not be taken advantage of as a vulnerable single mom with a Special Needs child. He could have made good on his handling of my case but chose to keep my money and leave me to mop up his mess. Feel free to contact me for documentation of said negligence.

I have hired four family lawyers over the years and due to my disappointment I end up going pro se! However, a few years later I found myself requiring legal services again and even though I was hesitant to dish out thousands of dollars again and take another risk trying to find a good lawyer I have to say I am so thankful I finally found Mr. Mueller! I have been extremely satisfied with the services I received. He was not only responsive and timely to all my emails, he was on time to all court hearings, provided me my legal documents timely but he was also affordable. He accomplished nothing. I had to get another attorney. He refused to refund the retainer I gave him. He billed for $2,000. and accomplished nothing. He didn't send any statement of charges for about a year. Stay away! You'll probably do better pro se.
