Lawyer Hwang has been my lawyer for close to 18 months. Ms Hwang has facilitated and fought for my right to see my son, as my ex-wife, without cause, has prevented me from doing so. The case was not straightforward, even though it was clear that I was prohibited from seeing my son without good reason. Ms Hwang, an excellent lawyer, was extremely helpful and remained professional and objective with me throughout the whole procedure. She spoke clearly, and her instructions on the administrative things I had to do were explained thoroughly and efficiently. What's more, Ms Hwang went above the call of duty a few times throughout my case, offering guidance and moments of counselling when these things were not her responsibility. She never gives false hope but works extremely hard to get the result we want. This is the first time I have had an experience with lawyers, and of course, hiring one is daunting as you begin to start legal proceedings. It is never a nice thing to go through. However, Ms Hwang breaks everything down, explains everything in easy-to-understand terms, and makes the journey as comfortable as possible (considering the nature of why one hires a lawyer in the first place). Ms. Hwang helped me with a labor law case which she handled very professionally and quickly. My boss had not paid me for 2 months and he had also not given me my severance.
