Poor infrastructure. Renovation is urgent. Somehow lots of law related processes are going through this place. Good parking mechanism available, but only for lawyers. Customers have to seek a parking nearby in peak hours. Small shops available for snacks, stationary and printing needs.

Bad cellular reception, offices are small and its like trying to find a neddle in a haystack. Need a building map and a public directory or listing of lawyers working in the complex perhaps detailing which lawyers handle which types of cases.

Country's center of legal disscusions and documents.Many cases were lost or won, mainly based on actions at this office complex.Suggest puting up a new modern offices to facilitate the changes and keep phase of developments.

It's a better lawyers office on Sri Lanka compared to the shanty type offices you find other parties of Sri Lanka . Not sure it's the time I went which is 3 pm. There was ample parking

I went this place for get a document certified. i got it very quickly for reasonable amount.

Place with very poor maintainance. Full of rouge lawyers waiting to snatch their pray.

If you want to buy publications of late Mr. K. Jayathilaka, this is the place.
