With the Eid rush, my daughters needed a refuel - aka hot chocolate. So on my way back to the car after running around Bankstown Central in the morning, we stopped by Le Bakehouse to grab hot chocolates and something to eat for my girls. The service I received was AMAZING and on top of this, the patience in understanding specific dietry requirements I had. One of the ladies added marshmallows in the hot chocolates for my daughters to enjoy but upon my query if it was halal, she **immediately** apologised and removed them. My daughters absolutely LOVED the hot chocolate, they said it was the best they ever had - not too sweet like Oliver Brown and not too 'plain' like Gloria Jean's! Will definitely come back again with my girls whenever we're shopping, we are touched by the service and generosity. Thank you.

This cafe has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner yelled and screamed at me after she made a mistake with my coffee order and I asked her to make the correct coffee. I ordered a latte, cappuccino, along with a pastry. However, she mistakenly made 2 lattes instead. When I asked for the cappuccino she simply put chocolate on the latte and refused to make a proper cappuccino. She then screamed at me saying to never come to her cafe again. Her words and actions were completely out of line. In the end I paid and left what I ordered at the cafe. I found the owner’s behavior disgusting and would never recommend anyone to visit this place. I never want to see the owner’s face again.

Stopped by this cafe with my other half for lunch on Sunday and we ordered a pepperoni pizza and a banana and Nutella pastry with ice cream for dessert! Well I must say they were both very delicious! The Coffee was great too and the service was A1. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back

Beautiful food, had the island dishes for Father’s Day and myself and my partner loved it! Such a homey cafe that makes you feel so comfortable to sit and enjoy your food and coffee. My daughter loves the pastizzis. Chef was lovely as well as the owner. We love going there and will always return.

First time I try the cafe, and let me tell you the customer service is 10/10 and the food is amazing I ordered a cheese and spaniach pie and the way they make their dough is to die for. The ladies that work at the cafe are lovely, they look after you and make sure you get the best customer service experience. I will definitely be back at the cafe and highly recommend it.

Authentic home made pizzas, the crust is an experience in itself! Great customer service and a real person making real food. Location is awesome on the rooftop, you can catch a great view of the sunset and a gust of fresh air!

Waiting over a hour for a meat pizza with our big breakfast.. then the lady tried blaming it on us saying that she thought it was take away .. when we never asked for take away will definitely not be returning to this place ..poor customer service

I honestly dont regret stopping by because not only was the vibe great it had amazing food to soothe the soul. Thank you for taking my mind off of everything going on at the moment ! definitely stopping by again hopefully on better days.

What a wonderful cafe, both the food and staff! Shoutout to Kit for making us feel comfortable and not lying about delicious food. Definitely not the last time ill be visiting this store!!

Just visited the place and loved it. Excellent customer service. Lovely smiling faces. Tried their in house bakery products which were fresh and tasty. Coffee was at perfect temperature.
