Very bad experience, I have bought a Scotch from departures Dubai Airport ,had a nice conversation with the gentleman in charge, even told him where I was heading. reached my port of transit to be surprised that the unsealed packing for my bottle is not allowed to board again into the aircraft, I had to throw the bottle away hours after the purchase. the procedure should be, asking me if I have connecting flight and seal the bottle in special plastic bag if I have transit. Sent an email to Le Clos (the email in their website) didn't hear back from them for a month. when I came back to Dubai, headed to the arrivals Le Clos, the gentleman almost swore that his colleague asked me where is my destination because it's a procedure (never happened). asked them why nobody bothered replying my email, they informed me that the email was wrong (same email on their website). got the right email address and forwarded my email, made sure they got the email and left waiting a reply. and still waiting ! no accountability, so disappointed and terrible costumer service.

I use them a lot. They have very good selection, fairly priced. The challenge is that there online system is not always updated and the upkeep of bottles is not that good. You might order a vintage and receive something else, or buy a pricy bottle and would discover that bottle is cooked. Badly preserved. Shame. Use them for mid range bottles, the loss would not be that big if a bottle went bad. Always check the vintage and cork for signs of leak. Had lots of returns and refunds with lots of apologies as well

We have been to all the "Le Clos" shops both in Terminal 3 and Terminal 1, and they have a very large selection of quality spirits & Wine. Furthermore, their staff is really pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, their managers are very knowledgeable in helping you making the right choice as they are having Sommelier background and expertise. Personally, we were advised by Ms Lesya, and she perfectly oriented our choice to our taste. Thank you So Much for your dedication. We Highly recommend "Le Clos"

Great variety of liquor that you will not find in duty free and even shops in the U.K. They did sell the most expensive whisky bottle. Do your research before buying. Some bottles were cheap some not. But definitely worth checking out if you like the finer spirits.

Today I fly EK392 to HCMC. I ordered a spirit. The shop in B terminal is closed and it is quite difficult to take my bottle. I had to go A gate to pickup. No email informs me, not so many airport staff know. Bad service!

The best wine and whisky shop in any direction for 3 thousand miles. Everything from the very finest and most exclusive bottles to much more everyday fare, all at competitive prices.

They had better variety of fine liquor earlier. Now one feels the "spirited" touch is missing. A Sommelier used to be on duty. Sadly now just another liquor store.

The only wine shop in Dubai selling >30 USD wines that are (most of the time) not corked or cooked. All the others have serious storage temperature issues.

Many different wine type and spirits, a little bit expensive, the same spirits Italy is 10 to 20 percent more cheaper. Bat this is Dubai.

I stopped in only to get some souvenirs for home. It was really well stocked with many products. The staff was really nice too.

Randomly it seems like Duty Free have increased their prices slightly even after the government cut the tax on alcohol...

Great shop with a ton of limited edition bottles! Great service too! You can even get your bottles engraved on the spot!

This place has some of the best wines I have seen and great job for giving buyers the chance to buy in this region

Worth a trip on way through Dubai airport. Prices are correct. Stock and choice of world's wines is excellent.
