This was a hard one to score, I'll round up to 3 stars. The food itself is as advertised, the delivery was right on time and it was nice and easy, no cooking this week for us. The food quality is .. Ok. It is what you would expect from a cafeteria, which isn't mean to be insulting, but it just means the food tastes like it was prepared in bulk. Which is ok for what it is, but the meals are priced out as restaurant quality - easily $14-20 depending on your protein options and side options. I know the point is to pay a premium for convenience, but the pricing felt right at the 50% discount, not at full price. The plate sizes even with 4 oz. protein are maybe adequate if you're inactive. Some of them work out to 300-400 calories per meal - moderately active people burn 2000+ a day. If you're even somewhat active, you'll need to supplement these meals with quite a bit. Just be aware of that before you buy. I don't mind paying more for quality, or more for quantity, but I feel like I'm simply paying for convenience and missing out on the other 2. For that, it's not for me. But it was an easy enough experience that if you're interested, I'd recommend you try it out

I have been using Lean On Meals for quite some time now. My life is very busy with living between two cities, juggling a business and staying very active sports wise. Time is very valuable to me, Nutrition and ease of managing my nutrition was always an issue. Then Lean On Meals entered my life and it has never been easier. The meals are amazing and I have less wasted food while travelling and my time is now spent where I want it to be spent, Skiing, biking and doing what I love, not meal prepping. There are a bunch of meal services cropping up out there, the PEOPLE at Lean On Meals are what set them apart, they GET IT, and they go above and beyond to provide you with not only super meals but super service to ensure your body is fueled properly. For me it comes down to time, and I choose to use my time doing what I love. If time and nutrition are important to you then Lean On Meals is for you. It's very simple they are the BEST!!

As an avid gym goer I stick to a fairly healthy diet - probably 80/20, so what I eat during the week is extremely important to me. I am super busy and the last thing I want to do on a Sunday is meal prep for the week. Additionally, there is nowhere healthy to eat in my work area. I heard of the service through the grapevine and decided to give it a shot. The menu is very good - the beef tenderloin would be my personal favourite, but I tend to get chicken or fish most of the time. The two most helpful features are that they list if an item has dairy (gluten too if you are celiac) as I have a very bad intolerance. They also deliver meals to your office Monday morning. This is super useful considering I forget to bring my lunch from home if I do make it. The only recommendation I would make is to have some dairy free "snacks" available. I would totally buy some! All in all I highly recommend the service!

I researched lots of options before trying Lean on Meals and was convinced to give them a try based on enthusiastic reviews and the fact that they're a local company. When I received my first order I quickly realized I didn't have to cook anymore. This food is good! I order 4oz of protein with 1/2 cup rice/pasta/potato's and the vegetables. If you're used to eating a lot the sight of the meals at first might make you think they're small, but plate your meals and you'll realize they're sized perfectly. These meals don't taste like take-out... somehow it tastes fresh right out of the microwave. It's really good food. Changing eating habits takes time and Lean on Meals takes out the work. The menu isn't huge but with regular changes you don't really get bored. I've put a focus on eating well and shedding weight and Lean on Meals has honestly been such a contributor to my success.

My Nutritionist recommend Lean on Meals to me. I have been using their services for the month of March and am very happy with the quality of their food. Everything tastes delicious! The menu seems to switch up every couple weeks which helps so you don't get bored. Free delivery is available for orders over $100, which is great! I picked up my first order directly and it was a quick hand-off. The customer service is excellent. Not only are they responsive to questions, but also make sure you are satisfied with your orders. Whether you need to take a break from cooking and grocery shopping and have someone else take care of all that for you, or you want to substitute a couple of meals, Lean on Meals will not disappoint.

I have ordered from LOM a few times now and my expectations are blow away each and every time. I'm a busy business owner and I am always on the go. This was my first time trying Lean on Meals and was having difficulties with their website but I received a response to my email within minutes and got the answer I needed in the first response. The meals are so flavorful and satisfying. I am hard to please when it comes to chicken and fish as I find most to be dry and over cooked but the curry chicken and salmon were my favorites. I love that I can adjust the meals to fit me for portions and that I have options if I don't like a certain veggie or starch. Absolutely wonderful meal prep service who haven't disappointed my taste buds on any of the prepared meals or snacks thus far. The food is moderately priced, always fresh, and delivered promptly at almost exactly the same time every week. The staff has been nothing but courteous when I have inquired about changes, policies, deliveries, etc, and e-mail responses within a few hours. I will continue using them until I feel like going back to prepping my own meals for the week, which basically means I will be using them for a long time to come!

I'm truly so impressed by this service. I'm in prep for my first bikini competition and not only are the meals actually delicious (and way better than I could ever cook), but they're extremely low calorie and fit my macros perfectly. I have been ordering from lean on meals for years. Everything is always fresh and on time. Very easy to use application. Zach is always there to accommodate for his clients. He’s very kind and goes above and beyond his duties to make sure his clients are happy. My gf and my favourites are the chicken Alfredo, cowboy pasta , cod , basa , and Greek kofa balls. That’s just our own preference as we aren’t big meat eaters but I’m sure everything on the menu is great. Totally recommend it.

That's when I looked for a service like Lean on Meals. I was going to try multiple services but after trying LOM I stuck with them as it was well priced, convenient and tastey. After 3 weeks I already feel healthier.

They r a good company. They have some what of a good variety. Only a few items to choose from. They do change the menu every two weeks. Which is nice Where from another company the food comes frozen. Which I don't always prefer. They have a bigger variety to choose from. I like my food fresh. Not all the time frozen. The lean on meals r affordable prices for the portions u receive.

I love this service. I am using it to do a reverse diet after a competition. Food is healthy and you can pick your protein, carb and veggies. Its super fresh and tastes amazing, homemade. They do not use honey in cooking but a spray of extra vergin olive oil and sprinkle of salt which is good. I will be back for more as it makes my life easier and helps to stay on track.

Lean on Meals is a great option for someone wanting to start counting macros. They list all the macros online and give you multiple options for a variety of dietary restrictions. They also change up the menu which is a bonus so you never get bored. The staff replies to any questions promptly and the pick up option is fast! (you can get delivery too).

I order meals for delivery every week. The food is always really good and the portions are true to what I select on the website. Each week, the owner sends out an email with discounts and most of the time this is for free meals. I take advantage of these offerings as often as I can and through those, this company offers extraordinary value.

Lean on meals is so reliable and offers such tasty meals. Have never had an issue with ordering, delivery, and always experience exceptional taste. The Ginger Beef is my favorite.
