I normally don't have time or energy to go write reviews. However, my experiene this time was top notch. My past experiences with embassies and paperwork in past has been very bureacratic and frustration. I have to say Natalie Jamil of the embassy in DC did incredible job from the beginning to the finish line walking me thru all the documents, what's is needed and personally following up with me. She also answered her emails and responses swiftly in timely fashion. we had few hiccups along the way stamping or sending the wrong documents but her support made the process as smooth as smooth can be. Thank you Natalie, we need more people like you in embassies !
