I don't enjoy car shopping or deciding what car to purchase over another. It's a very difficult process that is made even more challenging when you don't know if you can trust the person selling to you. Are you getting the right car at a fair price that is right for your needs? All of these concerns are addressed and taken care of when you buy from Milad at Lecos. Working with a true professional makes buying a car an enjoyable experience and Milad is just that. He is not the type of salesman that is looking for a quick sell. After working with Milad for the first time, I could see how much he valued the importance of cultivating a trusting relationship with his clients. He is honest, trustworthy and works with integrity. He made this difficult process of buying a car more than easy for me to handle which I am grateful for. He takes the time to get to know you so he can match your needs with the best available product. He is very knowledgeable about the strengths and weaknesses of all major car companies and even keeps up to date on manufacturer issues. He is a professional and expert in the field which is why I trust him with my automotive needs.

Wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle through Lecos Auto I was sold a 2014 Subaru Wrx and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle over the last year. First the car was sold to me in poor shape, here is the list so far from the day it drove off the lot, A/C seals, PCV System, spark plugs, clutch, muffler and Catt, transmission rebuild, center diff replacement, three wheel bearings, wipers, tires-(sold in December with sport summers that had little tread left) engine air filter and cabin air filter. Warranty covered about 5k so far my out of pocket is about $3600 Dennis the head sales representative was quick to replace the clutch, one wheel bearing and patch the muffler after my local dealership voided the safety report that Dennis had signed off on back in late December 2022. During this my local dealership declosed that the small block was replaced at 90k information that was quite easy to obtain through the vehicle's dealership had Dennis decided to obtain info on vehicle before selling it. For out the door price tag of 23k this is not what you'd expect for a "you get what you pay for" to me this is poor dealership ethics.

Very disappointed. Bought a used mini cooper in March 2017, told that the vehicle was in great shape. Found out later that the engine had been horribly damaged and MINI Downtown had recommended a full engine replacement right before I bought it. Dennis Lecos says that Lecos wasn't responsible for obtaining or disclosing the vehicle's service history, just relying on whatever documents the previous owner happened to leave in the glove box. Now he won't even pay for repairs! Buyer beware, especially if you're planning on spending $$ for a luxury car. EDIT: To respond to Dennis' response, this isn't a matter of minor maintenance; MINI has again recommended a full engine replacement. And he hasn't even offered an apology for this mess. I suppose auto dealers standing by their vehicles isn't that common any more either.

I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Dennis earlier this year just prior to the Covid lock down. Dennis was forthcoming and honest about the vehicle history from the begining. I appreciated that since I live an hour away. When I picked up the truck I was dissapointed that the vehicle was not cleaned prior to picking it up or the snow removed that day also. Dennis was agreeable to that point. Offered to have me come back and have it detailed or I do it here and he would reimburse me to a certian dollar amount. Lock down happened. There was a lot of free time now so I did it myself. I have no doubts Dennis would honored his promise to me. I will return to Dennis next time I need a new vehicle. I know used car salesmen have a stigma attached to them. Dennis goes out of his way to redfine that stigma.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Went to a purchase a vehicle, was given the complete wrong information about the car fax and the previous accident on the car. Told me it had been rear ended when really the damage was to the front. Found that out after having to pay for the car fax myself. Not to mention, the horrible job they did touching up the car. The touch up looked like a kid took a crayon to it. Dennis also harassed my boyfriend after I told him we weren’t interested in the vehicle anymore after they gave us false information. Even tried to make me pay fees on the vehicle after this was their mess up. I’m very outraged to see that a “family owned business” treats you like this. There’s no professionalism or courtesy here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It appears that this dealership advertises automobiles that don't exist or it has been sold a long time ago. Of course Auto traders is at fall too for not having a system to enforce the advertisers to remove a cars from the For List after it has been sold. Overall after many attempts to call Lecos Dealership and inquire about a Rang Rover Autobiography, I was told that this automobile was sold a long time ago and they still have it advertised. They could have had the decency to return my call and inform me of the sold statues of this vehicle and try to gain a new customer by helping me to find another one. "Your lost, not mine". I hope Autotrader take note of this matter too and more people state their opinions when dealing with unrighteous matters.

I took down the previous post about my experience. I was bullied by this dealership because of a review I wrote I got several phone calls and text messages. After those phone calls and text messages I chose to take the review down. Yet I will not be bullied by anyone. A review is a person's opinion. An opinion is a person(s) free will and Free Speech to Express themselves and their experiences. People cannot bully you into taking down reviews or comments of your own free speech. If you do not like the review then that is your choice, you have no right to harass or bully anyone to feel bad for what they wrote or for them to apologize profusely on their opinion.

Very happy with my decision to purchase a car here. They had a car I was interested in and my old car died. Called them, scheduled an appointment the same day, was able to see the car, take it for a short test drive and view all the paperwork. Saki was very nice and not pushy at all. Decided to go with the car and he got everything ready to go in just a few days. Picked up the car and had an incident where it wouldn’t start the next day. Called Saki, was very helpful and had it in and fixed within a couple hours. Ultimately very happy with their flexibility, service and salesmanship. A solid place to buy a car.

I do not recommend Leco's or any of the other shady businesses operating out of 15 milford ave. Contradicting conversations between a few different people who work here , along with just uncomfortable atmosphere. Was looking at a benz and the car wasn't in the greatest conditions, needed to be cleaned desperately. Try to up-sell to " their very reliable " detailing partner.(?) Why should i pay for that service? why isn't the car already in a good selling state? reading other reviews here i see i made the right choice by not proceeding with my purchase.

Lecos auto was recommended by a friend. Found a nice 2012 Hundai Sonata at a reasonable price and dealt with Dennis who took the time to explain every step of the process. He answered every question patiently and even stayed after hours to help us finalize the paperwork to get us into our new car when time grew short for us to return our rental. As always when making a large purchase, do your research, get as much information as you can and stay on top of your transaction. Our experience with Lecos auto was a positive one.

So I wanted to sell my 2007 Shelby GT500. I got to the business of listing it myself. Let’s just say it didn’t work out to great in my favour. I knew about consignment sales, but didn’t realize it was done in Ontario. My wife found Dennis at Lecos Auto Sales. After a short conversation I quickly realized he was my guy and this was my company. I listed the car with them. He took car of everything from advertising to the actual sale. Using Dennis and the company was worth every single penny. I 10 out of 10 will be using them again!!

Their prices are unbeateble. Their cars are in great shape and condition. They are honest and upfront. No empty promises and no headache. A lots of dealership says you can get approved with any type of credits etc... well its far from the truth. But this place have many option with any type of credit you have. Got my 2016 Infiniti QX60 from them, all in all, a great experience with Phil, Dennis and the dad. Responded to all my concerns, provided extended warranty at a minimum cost. The vehicle is in good condition, will come back to them if I need a used vehicle in the future. I would definitely recommend friends and family if they need a used vehicle.

Horrible! Please avoid Dennis. I have never heard anyone speak to a customer like Dennis. He does not care about his customers and only cares about money. I have never felt the need to write such a negative review on anyone but Dennis does not deserve anyone’s service. Avoid at all costs ! If I could give zero stars I would.
