I hired Leduc Electrical Services to complete the electrical for my Basement installation. I had 3 different electrical companies give me an estimate. While Leduc was not the cheapest- they seemed to really understand their craft and also really know what I wanted. They were also very responsive to calls and emails - whereas the other companies were slow to respond. I always say "If you are slow to respond when I am trying to give you my money - how will you respond when there is a problem..." For that reason I chose Leduc Electrical and was not disappointed. They showed up on time and completed all work within the day - staying longer to ensure it was done. Everything was installed perfectly, lined up, finished well. They also anticipated what I would want - and took initiative to ensure I would be happy. We had forgotten to include a few sockets in our estimate (socket by the bathroom vanity etc.) and the team ensured they were put in. Going on a few months now - no issues everything looks and works great. Extremely happy with Leduc.

Had a panel upgrade and hot tub installation done today. The 2 techs that came to our house were awesome both named Jordon. They were on time and very nice and easy to talk to. Very pleasant to have in our home. Respectful and very responsive to any of our questions. The company was also very responsive to emails and phone calls. The person that came out to qoute thr job was great as well. If I ever need any electrical work or know anyone else that does I will use them and recommend them. Great company and great name as Leduc is my mothers maiden name.

From the get-go, Zoe helped me through the process for scheduling a quote. Adam was a delight, quoted out a very reasonable cost for swapping our fuse panel for breakers and even personally answered my call in regards to installing a junction box for an ac install. The day of the install, two electricians showed up and let us know they would be done around 2pm. They were officially finished on the day at 1:30pm. I love the work they did, the whole team was wonderful and everything was cleaned up before they left. Couldn't recommend them more!

Rick was quick to respond to my request for quote for a bathroom exhaust fan installation and was able to schedule me in with good time. The installers were polite, friendly and completed the job in good time and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed along the way. They even informed me of an issue they spotted with my roof so I could address it with a roofer (which I greatly appreciated)! There were no surprises in the install or with my bill. I would happily recommend them !

Local Kingston company. Fast service. Technician arrived as scheduled and had our bedroom light fixture replaced with a fan model we bought at RONA in 45 min. Walked me through the settings, cleaned up the work area and left. Invoice came in the mail two days later and was lower than what was originally quoted - can't beat that... can't beat the service. Thank you Leduc Electrical.

I've used Leduc Electrical twice now. The first was part of running 240V for a new furnace installation about 2 years prior. The most recent was September 2020 to install a 240V weatherproof outlet for connection to a EV charger. In both instances, they kept me informed and did excellent work! I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Leduc was recommended by another contractor we had on site (always a good sign) and did not disappoint. They were punctual and professional, and delivered exactly what they quoted for with no surprises. They sorted out the permit and inspection, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
