Lee went above and beyond for me in taking care of my car, and I feel like I am making an understatement in saying that! The work he did for me was incredible. My car looks better than when I first purchased it. I've run into a bit of bad luck lately as a Lyft driver. I have to rely on Lyft heavily for my income currently, and I was unlucky enough to have a drunk passenger vomit in my car at around 11pm on a Saturday night. The cost to me is not only the time and steps needed to report the damages to Lyft Support, but also the lost potential revenue that could have been earned throughout the remainder of the evening. When I brought my car to Lee's shop, he knew the damage was severe because the odor was so strong even though I had tried to clean up as much as I could and spray the seats and floor with fabric freshener. I was shocked when I came back to his shop to retrieve it! He took amazing care of my entire car, inside and out! Stains removed, odors gone, and everything looking shiny, smooth, and pristine! I'm so grateful to have my car back in such excellent condition, and I owe so much gratitude to Lee for making that possible.

I remained in the San Diego location from LA for a pair hrs and also needed to get my vehicle outlined. Called Lee (owner) and also he gave me instructions to his various other auto information shop and in 15 mins he was able to press me in. I had two cars detailed by Lee and the team this week. The first one came out looking so fantastic that i just had to have the second one done. Lee came to my home for the first one, and did the detail here, going above and beyond to ensure i was happy with the results. While this car was new, it looked even better after the detail then it did coming off the showroom floor. For the second car, he was able to come pickup the car and take it to his location on miramar, doing a full interior and exterior detail. This cars a bit older, to the point when i was talking to Lee i said it may even need new paint in spots. After a day being detailed by Lee and his team, again it looks almost brand new! Every part of the experience for both vehicles was fantastic from service through results. I would highly recommend giving him a call.

Lee’s auto detailing has been the best experience I’ve ever had with my car. I have a short-haired dog whose red needle-like hairs had somehow weaved themselves into the very fabric that made up the entirety my car’s interior. By some miracle, Lee and his team were able to remove both the pet hair and the stubborn California sand that formed the base layer of my hair/carpet interior. There was also a large paint scuff from where I had clipped the wooden frame of my unfairly narrow garage, but the paint scuffs are now no more than a distant memory. I feel like I have a new car again. 12/10 would come here again for vehicle aesthetic improvement. Lee has an eye for detail and impeccable customer service. THANKS!

I scheduled my auto detailing for the day before my husband came home from deployment. I was extremely satisfied Lee’s Auto Detailing, they were able to come to me. I was staying in a hotel at the time, and unfortunately the hotel would not allow them to use water as it would run down the parking lot, they still did an amazing job that I would have never guessed that they didn’t use any water. The guys were super nice, I’m pregnant and had a heavy box that I couldn’t move out of my car beforehand and they were very understanding and took care of moving it for me, they were also very excited about my pregnancy with me too. I would definitely use their services again!

Damaged the paint of my dash. Answering the response: I reported less than 24 hours after the service and the car was not moved. He came to my location to say I paid him so he could not be responsible for the damages. If the stains were there before, he and his assistant would definitely remember and mention it to me. However, he only said I paid him so he could not do anything to help me, such a great customer service. He transferred the responsibility. It is clear the product sprayed damaged the paint because of the car was not moved. So as he said, once you approve and pay him, any damage is your responsibility. Unprofessional and unethical.

I was trying to sell my ten year old car and wanted to get it detailed before I handed it over to the customer. Lee really worked with me with getting me a customized package that didn’t break my wallet. He was very communicative and friendly. Staff that took care of my car also were very friendly and gave me instruction on proper drying after they washed my interior. It is very easy to book an appointment on his website and as I said he is very responsive via phone. He makes sure to call you to check on the progress of the car. Will be back for my annual waxing and detailing for my new car.

My wife and I have both gone to Lee's to get our vehicles detailed. We both got inside and out done. Her's being a white Honda Civic, and mine being a black Silverado. Both being the hardest to keep clean. He was very professional and managed to squeeze me in with an already busy schedule. I'm not one to take the time to give someone praise normally, but Lee and his guys are still a few of the few Americans that still take pride in their work, and do the job right. If you are looking for a job well done on your vehicle, this is the place.

Lee is professional and did an incredible job! This is our second time using Lee’s Auto Detailing. The first time we took my husbands truck to get detailed to have cleaned and ready before my son was born. This time, momma’s car needed cleaning. Mr. Lee came to my house. Super convenient! This is the second time we have used Lee's auto detailing. We had him over to work on a very tired 2004 Toyota. We sed a Groupon for my daughters car that included headlight restoration. The transformation was amazing. Today we had him back to work on our 2015 Toyota plus restore the headlights on my truck. The truck's headlights look brand new. Our ca is clean and shiny. Lee is friendly and our interactions were like taking with a friend. We will be using thus business in the future.

Okay so when Lee took a look at my van he said...."whoa". He then did a full interior detail and shampoo. A few days later I sold the van. I was given a price then ask for more. When the manager re-inspected the van he increased the amount they were willing to pay by $500 dollars and told me without a doubt it was the cleanest 140,000 mi van he had ever seen. He said as soon as he opened the door and smelled how good it smelled he knew he was going to need to pay more for it.

They did an amazing work on my husband’s car and it was so inexpensive! Lee managed to get us in today for an interior detail and they got it done within an hour and a half. Gabriel was the one who worked on our car. My husband’s car was SUPER dirty and had stains all over the seats from vape juice and our pets. They left everything squeaky clean I couldn’t even believe my eyes! Super happy, will be coming again once he leaves his car a mess again.

Do not go here unless you aren’t bothered by wasting time and money. I’ve gotten better car cleanings for $20 than this sham of a car detail service. Lee is plenty nice on the phone but that does not make up for bad service. I also had a similar experience with the appointment system as the other 1 star reviewer. Made the appt no one ever showed up or called. Check out my pictures in this review. I think they speak for themselves.

I wanted to get my husband's vehicle detailed and tinted so I came across Lee's Auto Detailing on Google. I called and he was so friendly and helpful. He came and picked up the vehicle and dropped it off. I would definitely recommend them!! I just took my car to Lee, desperate to get an obscene amount of dog hair from my white boxer that had completely coated every nook and cranny of my car, removed. This is a next to impossible job to do. He not only got every bit of it out, he made the interior and exterior look like a brand new car. Beautiful work, incredible customer service! Above and beyond. Car looks amazing. Had interior detailing and hand wash on the exterior. Looks like new. But what was really great was their willingness to get me on their schedule next day and then allow me to pick up my car when it was convenient for me, which was after 9:20pm. Easy to communicate, always answered the phone and you speak with the owner himself. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Incredibly disappointed with the quality of service. Picked up my car and my trunk wasn't vacuumed, the inner windshield wasn't wiped off, glove compartment wasn't cleaned, etc. I asked for a mini-detail - they explained to me that they vacuumed and wiped down the interior beforehand - BUT they couldn't even do that. I feel completely ripped off. Will be telling everyone not to go here from now on.

I've now used the service twice, and each time the service has exceeded my expectations. Wonderful and professional execution from start to finish accompanied by excellent customer service. They did a great job detailing my car inside and out for my Lyft inspection. I can see why they got great reviews from people with high end cars. They operate out of a van, so you can call them to come to you with an appointment. I went to them, and the thorough detail took 3 hours and I was very pleased with the amazing job they did in those 3 hours.

Lee is truly incredible at what he does. Easily a 5 star review. I had parked next to some sprinklers and got hard water spots all over my car and in a short time, Lee managed to make my car look better than the day i bought it.
