I have a bad experience with the hospital management on 28th August 2016. We went for treatment and due to the management irresponsibility we lost the 82000 rupees valuable bike. Some one stolen the bike from the hospital parking. My observations are as below: * No comments on the quality of treatment done by the doctor. B'coz they asked my details and he came to know i am corporate employee and they charged double on the bill. * They will charge double the amount if they come to know the patient is employee. * Hospitality is bad. *The most important point is, the staff and workers are so arrogant with the patients. I requested their management in polite manner, they dont know how to respect customers and i wondered, how come they are managing the ignorant employees in the hospital. We lost Honda unicorn bike, because of the poor management and we requested for the footage of the CC camera and shockingly wee came to know that the cc tv recordings are not happening. I am not sure why they denied to give us a glimpse of the cc camera. We filed a complaint in Sanathnagar police station and it was in vain. I would recommend people to stay away from this hospital, rather than spending your valuable amount on this hospital. If you are wishing a BLACK day in your life, please visit this hospital, else stay away from this hospital.

Excellent hospital with well trained nursing staff,my special thanks to gynecologist Shushma who made my journey to be mother made so trouble free,she is so friendly and guided me through out my pregnancy journey,duty doctors Arun, Nitish & pediatrician prapul sir are also very caring n friendly,thier management (Suresh),billing, reception all services are simple and hassle free,even aayamas also took very good care of me,I am very much satisfied with overall 9 months journey of mine, thier NICU service also helped my newborn, highly recommended.Thank you Leela hospital and team

We went for our baby's treatment with few climatical infections. Dr.Praful Kumar treated very well with lots of patience asked us what exact problem is and treated with all needed medications on time. We felt very happy thank you so much sir. Even all nursing and reception staff are really good and helpfully thanks to the team. But housekeeping ladies are expecting money from IP patients for every single work not expecting they are directly commanding to give. Please change that one thing bcz it's not a govt. Hospital to Doo so if not may hospital reputation will be in negative.

Visited yesterday to get precaution dose for my mother. Didn't have a very good experience - after paying got the vaccine, but while registering it, they say they won't be able to register for precaution dose but for second dose. Same happened to another person as well. Funny thing that they took a written note from me and the other person that we don't have objection for it. Should not they first try checking the info in system about the vaccine for the person and ask to pay and get vaccinated? Why should they do that way - they would lose easy money, is not it?

i admitted my wife for delivery case, first off all rooms are not cleaned, doctors are changing frequently, form the begging to 9 months checkup 3 doctor changed, there is not fixed rate for any delivery case. amount vary upon local patient to outside patient. its very unfair, nurses are very well manner, how u agree u have to pay like this. if u don't know your rate will be more. recommend not to go there . receptionist are not behaving properly. after complain they work properly. bath rooms are blocking frequently.

Worst staff....they don't have manners..already paid consultancy fee and medical bill everything... doctor said next time come with xray and I'll give advice....so that I went for advice only with xray reports without patient....the reception staff demanding consultation fee once again....even i clarified him that I came for only advice but not for treatment or anything else ....even also he said no.....that's how the bloody staff behaves....pls ignore this hospital...this is my humble request...tq

The hospital is said to be open 24hrs..in which case you expect them to provide basic emergency care. Apparently that isn't what's happening at this place and as a doctor I find it very disturbing to know that they send away patients presenting with gastritis pain at 4:30AM denyiny them care stating lack of a duty doctor as reason. I don't see the point of keeping a hospital 24hrs open when u can not provide basic care. Very disappointing and enraging.

Very Care less admin staff,i had waited for the test for 2 hrs ,but no one not aware the doctor when will come,after 2 hrs i have given my mobile number to call back....But not done ,again i hv visited 2 hrs later...The doctor came and gone......Very irresponsible lab staff.....Worriest service....Dated 15th october,2017 waited time 10:00 am to 1200 noon and revisited time 14:00 hrs........Very Back ridiculous Worriest lab assistant

They started the process to test for coronavirus and they asked us to pay 2100 and we did pay..later they said u need to pay more 10k to test for actual covid test.. Gynaecologist was very professional and talented. I had referred my friend who had a complicated pregnancy , but the doctor took care of her minute to minute and monitored regularly during labour without any complications , they are taking necessary precautions for covid and financially much better than other hospitals in the surroundings. Went for vaccination, the staff at medicine counter asked to sign the consent that they are not responsible for what ever happens. how can i trust them and why should I trust them if they do not trust their own hospital staff or products or vaccines? so I cancelled my vaccination from this center and went to UPHC.

Been there for Covid vaccine. It was a smooth end to end experience. Pricking of the needle can be done with more care. The hospital has less lighting, so it is dark. You feel you are transported into an olden era. Can work on maintenance and cleanliness.

Worst hospital. Even if you went for regular fever consultation, They will make the bill 2-3 thousand for sure. Only money minded hospital. We have to pay extra charges to nurses for putting the saline bottle or any injections.

Dr.Harsha vardhan treatment is very good, but management is worst.and Ward charges is too high for a single room 4400 per day, in general Ward 3300 We have to share with 4 Patients This is so bad.4 stars just for Dr Treatment.

Went for covid vaccine, the hospital cleanliness is in a bad state, the staff at medicine counter who takes the payment for vaccination is rude. The hospital is so dark and dingy it gives a gloomy feel as soon as you step in.
