I have never been more disappointed in any medical practice. I had an appointment today to repair a denture, and the dental assistant, who brought me back, appeared to have no idea what I needed to generate an appeal to get it repaired as it had been made by another dental office who now refuses to take Medicaid or Medicare. They had previously done another repair, while not great, but adequate, 3 months ago with no problem. It was extremely confusing talking to the assistant, and I asked her to explain twice as I did not understand what I needed to do. I never at any time raised my voice or got angry at ANYONE. A few minutes later, their " ENFORCER", a very intimidating woman, who literally stomped down the hall told me that because I had questioned what was going on, they would not help me and were referring me to another clinic and we're asking me to leave. I had just established there, and it was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and neither the dentist or anyone else would talk to me. In fact in my 3 visits there I only saw a dentist one time for about 15 seconds. He did no exam of any kind and walked out to the next patient. When I tried to ask the "enforcer" a question to clarify that they were refusing to help me, she said "see, that's what I mean", and would neither let me ask a question, nor get a word in edegewise, but tried to turn things around on me. She was extremely rude, & I would NEVER refer anyone else to that practice,, and I am grateful that I found out early the attitude towards people who have Medicaid, which was very apparent, and obviously not one that was welcome. It's ironic that the exact same repair was done on my initial visit with no problems, and certainly no "enforcer" involved. It was blatant she was being used to intimidate me & I said fine & left. I have never been treated more rudely in a medical office in my life and would never recommend that anyone go there.

I was very impressed with Legacy Dental. I've had several bad experiences with other dentists but everyone at Legacy was so kind, especially my hygienist, Ciara. She made me feel comfortable in a dentist's chair for the first time in 10 years. Costs was throughly and compassionatly discussed before each step and alternative options were offered. Legacy Dental was reasonable when my sister's insurance was outrageous. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members. Update: I have since gotten 2 fillings done at Legacy Dental and various family members have gotten more extensive work done. We all remain thoroughly impressed and pleased. The Dentist expessed a genuine desire to not cause me pain when I asked him to drill without numbing, (I've had traumatic reactions to the numbing medication in the past) but he was also willing to trust me to know my body and what I could handle. (I have found this is surprisingly rare among dentists.) Legacy Dental has a patient for life. Update: Went back for my yearly cleaning and they are still AWESOME! This is the only doctor's office I go to where my blood pressure actually goes down when I walk in the door. Katie was an excellent hygienist, made me laugh and took very good care of me.

This clinic is a dime in a dozen. No one disputes that finding a high quality dentistry clinic in Albuquerque is tough. But after visiting Legacy Dental, I want everyone to know that one does exist. My hygienist, Ciara, did my cleaning and I never knew a cleaning appointment could be so thorough. She fully listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my care felt safe and comfortable to me. Ciara helped me get a whitening kit that wouldn’t harm my teeth and throughly explained how to use it. My smile is the brightest it has been and it has been such a confidence boost. Dr. Anderson took his time describing my care options and problem solving my concerns with me. The clinic offers payment plans which makes expensive procedures accessible. They also offer prescriptions for appointments to help ease medical anxiety, something I so appreciate. I’m so happy I found this clinic - shout out to the people on Reddit for recommending it. I hope that more people go get the quality care that they offer in a city where that is so hard to find.

I've scheduled an exam, a fitting for nightguard, an appointment to pick up my nightguard, an exam, and another exam. Everything was great up until the appointment for the second exam. I showed up to every appointment that was scheduled except for one. The appointment I missed was canceled well in advance and was due to something out of my control. Yesterday I rescheduled the exam online and filled out the entire online questionnaire, only to receive a phone call from the receptionist, stating that I missed 4 different appointments, including the one to pick up my nightguard! They say that they'll only make same-day appointments for me, but I work and have to give my boss advanced notice. I didn't miss 4 appointments, but I do know that they've often been very unorganized at the front desk. I've overheard them tell a patient that their appointment was canceled and they sent a text. The patient looked to be in her 80's and probably doesn't text. I will not refer anyone to this place again.

Never left a negative review, but here goes. Surely many people have a good experience here, but after multiple issues since I started as patient I felt it important to express my experience even if only to validate others who have had similar experiences. Billing department is condescending in tone and changes their mind without explaining reasoning "you don't owe us, you do owe us". Dentists twice said they would call after a procedure to check in and never did. When I asked a billing question to the front office, then the hygienist and finally the dentist, they all said they would follow up and get back to me and never did. The patients rooms are dirty. Yuck. I stayed her for a couple years not wanting to switch dentists, but my experience has grown increasingly worse. I hope this will initiate a call for introspection and how to improve, as all successful organizations with integrity do.

I hadn't visited a dentist in over a decade as my view was if nothing hurts then I'm doing alright. However on a whim I decided to see if this dental office accepted my insurance as it was located right next to my ophthalmologist and while my teeth weren't Keith Richards early 70s nor Shane MacGowan early 80s bad they were sort of Paul Westerberg late 80s beer bottle to the mouth, normal wear and tear bad. Luckily Dr. Anderson and his staff were very accommodating and while there will always be those add-ons at any doctor's office, I didn't feel that there was any unnecessary surgery or attempts at trying to gouge me or the insurance company. So while I can't say this is the sort of place I'll ever be thrilled to return to, it's nice to know that I'll get proper attention when I do begrudgingly return for a check-up.

Their teeth and gum care guidance is on point and their procedures fix you up right! Regina, my hygenist the past couple years, is awesome...she cleans my teeth well and gives me great explanations on my teeth and gum health and gives sound advice on how to take the best care of them. The office staff are always kind, efficient, and helpful. It is so cool when you are helped by experts who are enthusiastic about their specialty and who love helping people! ...And they have a cool arcade machine in their waiting area...but they get you in so quick I can barely get one game in!

This was my first visit and I had a very positive experience with superb professionalism and customer service. I've never felt more comfortable in a dental office anywhere else. I had an hour and a half appointment which included X-rays and cleaning. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I had a reminder text of my appointment before I arrived. I texted I'm here when I arrived and they notified me to come in shortly after all via text/ online check in. I arrived approximately 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was seen immediately upon arriving and my procedure started. Couldn't be more happy. I applaud the entire dental staff for all their hard work in making this place nothing but the best!

I would give 100 stars if I could. I am having major dental work done and it's been completely painless and following several hours of work, I have not even had to take an ibuprofen. Dr. Anderson is by far the best dentist I've ever had and the entire staff is the best. Every area is spotless and soothing. You get seen on time and the care is not rushed. I am new to the area and I feel so lucky to have found Legacy Dental. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. My grandson had his teeth cleaning done at Legacy as well, and he "enjoyed" the whole experience - no joke. For the first time I don't dread going to the dentist. All that's needed now are silent drills :). I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. It’s a small office and not particularly flashy but it’s very clean and calming. They have complimentary water and coffee in the lobby and Rachel at reception is always warm and bubbly when checking in or out. Both hygienists that I’ve worked with have been the same as well being gentle with the X-rays and cleaning and explained well everything they were doing. I met with Dr. Lines for my initial exam and though it was brief, he was a very nice man and made me feel very welcome. As someone who has anxieties about the dentist this was all extremely comforting. This is definitely going to be my permanent dental office.

I broke a tooth over the weekend and they got me in first thing Monday morning.i am 14 weeks pregnant and they were incredibly kind and caring. Everyone asked how I was feeling and was genuine about my comfort and very knowledgeable about what I can and cannot do since pregnancy has a lot of limitations. I had to get my tooth pulled and I experienced no pain. Dr. Anderson did the procedure and was wonderful. After the procedure I had some achiness the rest of the day. Tylenol killed any pain. And no pain by the next day. I loved this place and will now make this my dental home. I recommend this place to anyone.

First time patient after moving to ABQ, and the experience was A+. Ciara was my hygienist. She handled everything from x-rays to my cleaning efficiently, explaining along the way. Enjoyed the conversation as well. We even talked a little sports. Additionally, Ciara and Dr. Anderson gave me advice for treatments for my teeth clenching. Receptionists were helpful too. Have to also give credit to the registration process. I submitted my info online days in advance so there was no paperwork to fill out when I walked in (highly recommend). Glad I went, and I'll be back in 6 mos.

Dr Lines his and Staff are absolutely amazing! I had excellent service from the minute I was greeted to the end of my visit. They truly care about their patients and their comfort level. I have many bad experiences from having dental work done. I’m grateful for having found them especially during a time when patient care is so important. I highly recommend Legacy Dental. Dr Lines is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled dentist I have experienced he extends that knowledge over to his staff. Very professional and caring office goes above and beyond for their patients.

This office isn’t fancy, and actually has a lot of antique equipment, but the atmosphere cannot be beat. I was a little nervous after not having been to the dentist in many many years. I originally went in in April 2020 because I had a cracked tooth, and I returned for a cleaning and two fillings that needed to be replaced. Regina, my hygienist, was an absolute gem and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. Dr Lines and Cassandra treated me exactly the same way the day I went in for the filling repairs. I am so happy to have found my new dentist!

I don’t usually give 5 stars to much, unless it’s a favorite book, but Legacy Dental has been exceptional in every aspect of patient care. From their expertise in dental care, to the warm and friendly environment at their office. Most people dread going to the dentist, but I had my first visit. I must say the front desk and dental assistants are the most friendliest group of women I have encountered. I did not wait, they actually took me back early! I must say I look forward to my fillings simply because of how awesome the office was. The doctor was very friendly and handsome. Our family has been going to Legacy Dental for years. Our children are all married now and have beautiful smiles and great teeth due to the regularly scheduled checkup’s and great preventive care that they received in their youth. Wow, what a clean, well organized, modern and knowledgeable office. Everyone was so polite, they were so patient with my two year old and 5 year old that I brought with me. By far the BEST part was the cleaning. Ciara was my hygienist and she was delicate and thorough. My last hygienist left my whole mouth cut up and sore for days. Ciara’s hands were so steady and she left my mouth feeling like I had just had the best cleaning of my life, because it was. So happy. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. It is worth the drive!

I was optimistic coming here based on all the great reviews, but this dentistry and Dr. Lines left me so disappointed. I went in for a cleaning they found some spots that needed fillings, I decided they should do it. After the procedure - and now for months, I noticed all of the spots they had placed fillings were now painfully sensitive to the heat and cold foods, crunchy foods, I couldn’t even floss. I have had other fillings before and have never had this experience. So frustrated with myself for coming here.

They will not schedule an appointment more than two days in advance. They send a text message two days prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. One day before the appointment they send a text informing that the paperwork must be filled out by 6pm or they will cancel. The form was completed and submitted prior to 5:15pm. The day of the appointment they send a text asking to call them. During that call they tell you they have cancelled your appointment because the paperwork was not filled out on time.

I've been going to this clinic for less than a year now, but I can honestly say that I've never been more comfortable at a dental clinic before. The staff there is amazing and super nice, both doctors are super helpful. I would like to give a special shoutout to Ciera who was my dental hygienist this week. It was my first appointment with her but she did a fantastic job. She was super fast and very nice. I'll be sure to make all of my cleaning appointments with her from now on.

No one likes the dentist! But it’s always a pleasant experience at Legacy. Dr. Lines and his assistant are bomb had a couple procedures, they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. If the dentist makes you nervous definitely check these guys out. Receptionist’s were super helpful and patient with helping me find the right payment option so I could get my teeth taken care of. My hygienist Sierra was excited to answer all of my in-depth questions about procedures and the treatment plan. As an empowered and self-advocating patient with an interest in holistic and functional approaches I appreciated her openness to talking about my priorities and her willingness to share her opinions and the basis of those opinions in regard to my treatment. Dr. Lines also made himself available for questions and stressed a focus on preventative strategies.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Legacy Dental, they were able to get me in less than 24 hours and help me with a serious dental situation. I was extremely nervous about visiting the dentist but they did everything possible to make sure that I felt supported and comfortable during my visit. This office was quick to get me an appointment. The front desk personnel were welcoming, very personal and efficient. The hygienist was informative and competent. Rachel was excellent she helped schedule a appointment after months of can’t make that appointment new insurance hasn’t kicked in time not Convenient. . So I broke a tooth yesterday and have been in excruciating pain ever since. They were able to get me in the same day I inquired about it. All of the staff were very nice and polite and made me feel comfortable and welcome as a new patient. I also noticed that they knew existing patients by name as they came in. Legacy Dental is the best dental practice I’ve ever been too. The staff is friendly and professional with always a kind word and a smile. I just moved to the area from Texas. I was referred to this office by a family member. I was in for a cleaning and Regina was awesome! Very detailed, explained everything and provided recommendations to help with preventative care. Dr Anderson is super personable and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with this dentist office both from a knowledge perspective as well as a friendly, caring atmosphere.

So I moved across the country last year and dropped the ball on dental care until recently. It'd been 18+ months since I last got a cleaning but Priscilla was very friendly and gentle given how sensitive I was. I had one of the best cleaning experiences with my hygienist Pricilla. I had my toddler with me and she made every effort to make her comfortable and happy. Priscilla was very friendly, personable and professional. She gave me some suggestions and education on dental health which made me feel like she is invested in my wellbeing. I always feel well taken care of at Legacy and Priscilla is integral to that experience.
