If notice of payment for a fine is 14 days from issue of the letter, why does your automated payment system charge full amount on day 13? 14 days from 2-1-2024 is 16-1-24 not 15-1-24 Why is it impossible to get assistance or speak to anyone who will assist or advise? You state yourself as a reasonable authority in your correspondence. How can you reasonably expect to be perceived as such?

Your parking fines are a disgrace. There is no way that so many places should require pay and display. The rates are also scandalously high. Really really disappointing that you would fine residents in the midst of a cost of living crisis for parking in a supermarket car park. Shame on you.

Never pick up their phone or respond to online complaints. We have had issues with a building alarm going off for over 3 months now and it's just been ignored even though I've brought it to their attention several times

Absolutely awful staff, delusions of grandur and utter contempt shown to the public who pay their wages and for the building they have the pleasure to work in. 1 star is to many for this bunch of public purse theifs.
