sadly a terrible experience - went to have a key copied. and a dash light went on and i was told to come back the following week. I said that was fine and on the day I called to say I was coming and he said he had been expecting me at 9am! - fair enough, no time was arranged and we set another date with a time. I also booked in my partners car for the same day. I texted two days prior to our set appointment and also on the day to say I was on my way with partner in his car - whilst driving he rang to say he'd been called out and was in Birmingham (an hour away) and had only just seen the phone (not looking at messages 3 days old - for a business sounds odd/untruthful/arrogant) and he would be at least an hour - he advised me to leave the car. I had to chase him asking if car was ready as I had caring duties myself. We arrived and said he did not have time to do my partners car despite it being booked in. No apology whatsoever - shocking approach to customer services. Totally ruined my day that I had arranged all around him and messed others around myself. Avoid unless you're happy to be messed around without any acknowledgement. Disappointing.

I was searching for an auto locksmith to replace a key for my sons car. I found this place via another local Locksmith who recommended them to me. Turned out to be a gem of a place. The guy there doesn’t normally do Saturday mornings but today he did for us. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable and best of all his prices were excellent - I initially just wanted one key doing but I had two done in the end and it was still cheaper than other quotes I got for one. After chatting with him it turns out he’s one of only a couple of National Network of Approved Locksmith in Leicester. So very trust worthy!

I recently was in urgent requirement of a locksmith and Mr. Jay came for help. He was on location way before time and instantly suggested the most non destructive way to do the job. His communication was brilliant and we were convinced he could do the job best for us. The door and lock had major complications however he managed to open the lock in less than 5 minutes without damaging the door. I am extremely happy with his service and would happily refer him to any friends in need. Jay was a super skilled person and I am lucky I could get a hang of him. Overall a worthwhile experience.

Great service from start to finish. My front door uPVC door lock packed up and needed someone asap. Luckily I called Locksafe. After speaking on the phone, I sent photos and a video via whatsapp and within a few minutes I was booked to have an engineer out. Michael was here within 10 mins and identified the problem straightaway. He changed the gearbox with minimal fuss and the door was fixed within 15-20 mins. Absolutely brilliant and reasonable priced too. Would definitely use again if needed and would definitely recommend.

I have had the most unwelcoming experience with the below individual, i was promised something on the phone by the person in the picture who was purely rude and had a really bad attitude, i did not appreciate the behaviors the individual gave towards me as a customer, straight away asked for the payment from the very second with out any greeting, I've had to force the individual for my refund which was refused, once the individual seen me recording then decided to refund and was rude had the worst experience.

Was locked out of my flat late at night, the person who took my phone call was extremely nice and helpful. They arranged for someone to come out within the next ten minutes. Moh arrived was really nice considering the time and how cold it was. He unlocked the door quickly with no damage done and then was nice, talking to me for a while and waited until i had my asthma pump to ask for the payment. Would highly recommend especially you are someone who struggles with anxiety

Amazing service,had spoken to a few locksmiths who all of them said my particular lock was very difficult and would probably need drilling out and would cost a lot,but then i found this company who was very professional and came to do the job about 30 mins after calling them.my locksmith was Jay and he managed to pick the lock with no damage so my lock is still perfect.jay is a credit to his profession.highly recommend this company,and the price was very good.well done

A really positive experience all around. My lock wasn't working and I ended up locked out of my flat late at night. Mo arrived promptly, was really friendly throughout and tried multiple options in order to get the door open without having to replace the lock (which he succeeded in!). He also provided me with a lot of advice surrounding what to tell my letting agents, the locks themselves and more. The person I spoke with over the phone was really lovely, too!

Jay from Locksafe Security came at the time we'd arranged to replace an interior door latch which no longer turned. Very friendly guy who took time to get the faulty mechanism out, then swiftly put a new one in. He also noticed a problem with the door frame which meant the door didn't fit well. So he chiseled a piece of the frame so the door now fits like a glove not catching on the frame as it shuts. Excellent work.

Really good service and the guy that did my car was amazing, couldn't do enough for us made sure we were comfortable while he was doing my car. My car was difficult should have taken 15 mins ended up taking 2hrs but the guy explained everything as he was working. Highly recommend this place I'm disabled and was treated with upmost respect, will definitely be going there again and recommending to all my friends.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend. I recently had a break in at my house where my spare car key was stolen. Jay was very helpful and full of knowledge. He explained how the key can be reset to the car meaning the stolen key no longer had the ability to start the engine. I called in the morning and was at the location within in the hour. Customer Experience was brilliant from start to finish. Mo(Engineer) came over in good time; he then went over beyond. He stuck it out in the rain and freezing cold to make sure I had acess to my vehicle, not once taking a break. After gaining access, my car battery was dead. Highly recommended company. Had to call out on Sunday morning and gave an appt for 12. Upfront with the initial costs. The guy who came out was Jay and was extremely professional. He tried to fix the original door lock but as it didn't work recommended to have a new one fitted. Ensured the new lock fitted perfectly. Will only change parts if needed.
