When I go into Leo I know the staff will help me find just the right look - even if what I'm seeking isn't available from their store. The staff I've met there are helpful and totally honest. What I like best about shopping at Leo is that I know when I go out in their clothes I'm never going to run into that infamous "woman in the same outfit". Their pieces are unique and the lines they carry are hard to find in Calgary. I try to make ethical purchases when I'm buying - there is just so much junk out there in malls, all ripped off designs from artists and made in poor working conditions. When I shop at Leo Boutique I know the money I spend is going to support amazing Canadian and international designers as well as people who were paid a fair wage to make my clothes - which means I feel great wearing them. I totally suggest checking out this store. p.s. I think the other reviewers maybe didn't like the honesty factor... maybe they prefer to be told they look great in everything? I'd rather know when something doesn't look so hot - but that's just me.

I've been shopping at Leo's for 8 years, owners John and Cornelia and the staff they have working in the boutique are levels above any other retail store I have ever shopped at. Their knowledge of the brands they carry is staggering, they are eager to help and as I have become a regular staff have gotten to know my style and consistently pull amazing pieces that have become permanent pieces of my collection. Leo's has a range of clothing that is in my opinion the best in the city I have items that I wear every day and still have a leather jacket that was one of my first purchases from the store. This combined with the unreal staff and unique shopping experience is why I shop and will continue to shop at Leo's Boutique.

I purchased an item from the online store. it was listed at a significant discount (9$ instead of 69$) i checked out to purchase. and the company refunded my order and relisted the item at 69$. So I got punished for them mispricing their items. Seems very unprofessional to not honor the prices they had listed. Response: thats cool. thats on your end, Virtually every other retailer (big or small) would honor this error as it was on your end

I bought two perfumes for my wife for Christmas and specifically asked a sales person if I can return one if it’s not open as I wasn’t sure which one is she actually wanted. But they refused to return a sealed product with a receipt. It’s ridiculous, I will NEVER shop here again. You have to level up your policies and customer service, you’re years behind the others.

Absolutely amazing service! Leo’s staff is welcoming and knowledgeable with all their brands and fits. The brands they have hand selected are top quality, sustainable brands that focus on kind fashion practices. I highly respect the time that they have put into selecting their brands and products.

I’ve been visiting Cornelia, Jon and their fantastic staff for a few years now. I love that they are a local shop who bring exclusive pieces with stories and deliver them so well. Anyone looking for fashion pieces outside the box, classic, tasteful or different shop drop in.

John has an excellent handle on how to connect with his customers. The clothes he brings in are of good quality and are priced extremely reasonably. The quality of service and product is second to none in Calgary. Must stop for Men's wear!

Always have a great experience at Leo’s. Recently I was helped by John (I think?) to find my dad a shirt for Christmas - needless to say the shirt is perfect and my dad loved it!! Thank you and a Merry Christmas!

Lots of good brands, the staff are not pushy at all and are very helpful, easily my favourite clothing shop in Calgary. I haven't seen this quality of clothing with good prices anywhere else....check them out!

I didn’t get to visit the shop in person but I made a purchase from Toronto and Cornelia was so wonderful in making sure my purchase worked for me via email. If I’m ever in town, I’d make sure to visit!

Sometimes good selection, but very expensive, brands i don't know well, and sales person would not leave me to shop alone!! Very pressured to make a purchase.
