Nice spa facility in Nairobi. Located in a business building and easy to find. Requested a deep tissue massage that felt more like swedish. I wouldn't get a massage from here again....but...! Pedicure was amazing by Jane! She paid so much attention to detail and provided a great leg massage. Nice massage chairs too. Ask for Jane!!! Lovely personality. I'll be back for her.

I have been to a few saloons in Nairobi and have come home disappointed. This one is a gem of a find. The service from setting up the appointment to exit was phenomenal. They Also have a major value addition because they open early and are operational till 9pm. Can't wait for my hair to grow

Ladies were nice and it was an enjoyable experience, however, I was told 2000 for the service. When it came time to pay it was all of a sudden 2500. I understand wanting a higher price but you tell the customer the correct price BEFORE not after. Very unprofessional, and was dissapointed.

I get shaved by a barber called Johnie... Boy is he good! You should try him sometime. There's ample and secure packing, the ambience is good and people are suoer friendly. They cater for all races and they are darn good, at it.

The lady who did my hair was nice and kind. But WHY did she tell me to send ksh3500 to the business account and then send ksh500 extra to her Mpesa account. I find that very disturbing. Eve pls stop doing that.
