I run a small business and I asked the owner if I could display my cards here I'm extremely upset with the owners after how I found my card stand That I purchased I own many of the same stand ! They were using it for dirty toothpicks !!! I'm extremely disappointed I've hence taken my card stand back from the store the poor girl had no idea what I was asking for cuse she's new and she called the owner for me who had no idea were it was well ill tell you were it was it was being used for dirty toothpicks!! How can you not know what's happening in your own store !! If you didn't want to help out a small business next time SAY NO!!!

Keep up the good work! You’re really doing great. I just ordered a coffee here to review the place and it was a pleasant experience. Great range of cakes, bread, pastries and pies. This place has an area for parents with a child. I noticed there were a couple with an uncomfortable baby and the staff treated them with patience and care. The coffee was great and served to the order. I definitely recommend this place. Suggestion for improving your future reviews: please don’t forget to treat each customer to a smile, it’ll improve those one star reviews.

Mmmm ordered a Black Forest slice even asked the lady who serviced me is that a proper black forest slice with cherries she looks says yes, was just a plain choc sponge cake with fresh cream! Also for a Continental slice which should be vanilla custard but was fresh cream and vanilla sponge! I think educating yourself what the slices should be first before charging $6 a slice I can go coles for a whole cake plain fresh cream and sponge but thought would support local for $6 a slice with no actual filling

⚠️HORRIBLE OWNER⚠️. My mate spoke to the owner to get her business cards put in their shop, not only paid for a slot but the cards as well. Owner took the money and throw the cards out!!! I went there once as a customer, the woman serving who was older she was so rude, i bought some bread and was clearly an inconvenience for her to serve. Not only is the food horrible but the customer service is too! I will never return to this bakery what poor rude customer service

I and my family recently had the pleasure of visiting Lets-A-Loaf. It was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cake selection here is nothing but impressive. From classic cakes to innovative twists, they have it all. The menu offers an array of flavours. The cakes at Lets-A-Loaf are masterpieces. Each slice is a perfect balance of fluffiness and the right amount of sweetness.

Rude customer service, she girl presented coffees in the disposable cups I told her that we want to have coffees inside she said dish washer machine is not working and I saw the next customer she served them in the coffee cups and they sat inside and drink coffee isn't it it's a first degree discrimination??? I will never go to this shop again.

Went for coffee & cake, wanted to support local business, wish I hadn't bothered. Served by a middle aged surly woman, everything seemed to be an inconvenience to her, she appeared to resent us being there. Coffee and cake were average. We felt uncomfortable being there and couldn't finish quick enough. Definitely will not go there again.

I would prefer to give negative rating if possible, the person should know how to deal with the queue if she is not serious at work and wants to have fun then should take a break go for fun. Don’t upset the customers with your ignorance and rude attitude.

Ordered a very mediocre pie for $7.50. Was accompanied by an already opened tomato sauce packet. Asked for a new one and the response I get is "are you gonna eat it now?". Like what?! Does it matter when I eat it, do you guys sell open products to customers? I'm now questioning every item I've eaten there …

Not only is their food terrible but they also threw away my friend’s business cards after allowing her to leave them at the store. Not just that but also replacing her card container with dirty toothpicks??? The terrible food is not worth the self conceited entitlement the owner seems to have.

I can't believe they used a card holder for dirty toothpicks, Very rude to dump out my friends business cards after they paid to put them on your counter, I can't believe it, and very expensive with very low quality, I'm embarrassed I have to walk past there to get my Sushi after work

Black forest cake from Tarneit Central for $20.00 on 16 February 2020.the cream topping on which the cherry sits was hard. Not worth the price. No match in taste and freshnes to its good looks in the shelf. In my opinion I was given a stale piece. Should have gone to Cheesecake Shop.

A local organic sourdough bakery in Tarneit Central Shopping Centre. They have fine hand crafted pastries, cakes and organic fair trade coffee. I grab their macadamia tarts, theyre yummy. If your shop total is under $10, its .50c for the eftpos transaction + your purchase.

Food is amazing but the customer service is very bad an older woman who seems to be very miserable and rude every single tine she serves me. Unfortunately the bad customer service outweighs the good food. When she serves customers it’s as though it’s a bother

This shop has amazing testy cakes that's are always fresh ,,, the lady staff at the shop is always nice to me,, sometimes I had chance to talk with the owner lady, she also seems very welcoming & nice ....keep the good work & good effort. Thank you.

$4.90 for a regular skinny latte is the most I’ve paid for a coffee. Not even St Ali charges that much. Always ask for a receipt when you purchase here. Pricing seems to be dodgy. They won’t tell you about the surcharge either.

The quality has deteriorated since I believe there has been change of management. The pepper beef pie is terrible and tasted only pepper. The Almond crossaint was rock hard and had to thrown out. Never coming back again.

Awesome to have Lyn back, the greatest customer service, beautifukky made coffee, perfectly heated crossaints a real asset to a company that has great food. We are back on Saturday coffee.. :-)

Their breads are good. And black forest cake was so good! Not too sweet not like some of cake that you cannot even finish one slice.. I would definitely get cakes here from now on!

Going to be our favourite bakery. Cakes are delicious, good size and great price. Very friendly staff,never got her name but feel very welcome when we step into the shop.

Cornish pastie, the pastry was like when I was a kid. The taste was excellent, price fair. Also got bread and donuts and was good value.

Their coffee and hot chocolate are really good, and their pastries are delectable and inexpensive, would highly recommend.

I got a pack of cranberry and white chocolate hot cross buns, a jam donut and jelly slice and they were all amazing!!!

Items such as cakes, muffins, pies etc. Are all very good, but interestingly do not have any breads.
