Good communication with Lets Move before and during the move. The team arrived on time and were very polite and worked well and were tidy also. The initial quote was competitive and their booking process was pain free. My concerns and issue began when the removals team started asking about how to move the IKEA wardrobe. On 3 previous moves, removal companies had either refused to move the wardrobe, asked for photos or sent someone with experience. Unfortunately the team that came were not prepared or inexperienced to dismantle (took 1 hour) and reassemble the wardrobe (took 1.5 hours). The cost of this one wardrobe increased the overall price by £150, which in hindsight means i would have been better off paying the extra £50 to another company who could have completed the job in the 4 hours. Overall they are very good at what they do, however on this occasion there was no attempt to identify the reasons for the additional 1.5 hours of work and reduce the cost, i would suggest if you use them you get a detailed quote and provide a breakdown of any furniture you want dismantled even if they are aware of it.

I can't recommend Irek and his team highly enough. Very responsive to emails and phone calls - Irek turned up to estimate our house move and was very quick to supply a quote. Final price was very competitive - Irek and his team came to pack up our house the day before and had everything boxed up within the stated time. They took one van of our possessions away overnight and kept them safely in storage, returning on the moving date to load the remainder of the house. They arrived early on both days and stayed past the allotted hours as well after we had some issues at our new property (nothing to do with them) - Irek and his team were so professional, never complaining about anything and staying friendly and professional until the end of the job. No hesitation in recommending Let's Move London for any removal job you have.

We used Let's move for packing services and removals when moving house. They provided the cheapest quote, which isn't always a good thing, but after reading lots of reviews we went ahead with booking them. I am really glad we did and would highly recommend them. They were flexible and understanding when we had to change the moving date a week before the scheduled date. The guys who packed and moved us were quick, efficient and made the day less stressful. I didn't really know what to do on the day of moving as they handled everything, even knocking on our neighbours door to make sure the van wasn't in their way. Moving day couldn't have gone more smoothly!

'Let's Move Removals' moved my family from one house to another in Walthamstow. They were absolutely superb. Fast, friendly and also very strong... They made light work of heavy items and treated fragile items delicately. Nothing was damaged or broken in the move. 'Let's Move...' provided us with all the boxes we needed plus wrapping paper and bubble wrap - it's worth the extra money to use their 'pro-standard' boxes and packing materials. Something else worth noting was how calm and re-assuring the moving team were. 'Don't worry, we will take care of it,' was the general message. And they did. It was a smooth move and we're really very grateful.

I found Let's Move through Really Moving. Price was very competitive, Reassured as they are part of the British Association of Removers. Staff very friendly over the phone, special mention to Alex who really was lovely & explained differences between their insurances really well. On the day Piotr & Wojchech arrived promptly & got to work right away, looking at everything first to understand what they needed to prioritise. Throughout morning they were asking "is this going? is that going?", 2.5 hours to pack up my house, 1 hour to offload. No damages, they were very confident. Would use again!

Let's Move quote came in the cheapest and they fit us in at short notice as well. The correspondence by email was very good. They packed our belongings the day before and were very efficient. On the moving day, they arrived on time and worked a very long day without a fuss. The van wasn't quite big enough for all our contents, so they had to go back for the remainder. This wasn't an issue for us as we had only moved round the corner. We didn't get the keys until late in the day, so they also sent an extra man to help with the unpacking. We incurred an extra cost for this, but fair enough.

One of many companies that reached out after filling a form on a comparison site, Let's Move London came in with by far the best quote in terms of cost for capacity. Irek correctly recognised that we would need 50% more capacity than most of the other providers quoted for but was still at a lower price. I was worried by the low quote but trusted the reviews and was very happy I did. The team was very professional and efficient, everything was moved safely, including a large number of tricky items. Cannot fault the service and would enthusiastically recommend.

I honestly cannot recommend Lets move removal to ppl enough. I had a nightmare completion day move with the solicitor at the bottom of the chain ruining everything. But Lets move were amazing throughout, they were the saving grace for the whole move process. CJ, Adam and the other guys who did the actual move were brilliant. Always polite and very Professional. We didn't hesitate one second to book "let's move" again for our move this month after we had been very satisfied with them last year. And also this time we had no reason to complain. Easy to book with clear instructions on what was arranged and would happen on the day. Lovely team arrived to do one pick up in Essex.l then onto another in London before delivering to the final address also in London. All this done by two guys in under six hours.
