The owner Matar was great from the time he responded to my initial email late night to setting up an appointment to test drive the Subaru I had initially wanted to purchase. He let me take out 3 cars for test until I finally decided on the final purchase, the Ford Edge. This car is top quality with low kms. Well maintained with a CarFax provided up front. Matar took care of safety and certify as well as prepping it for final pick-up at 11pm on a Wednesday(a school night ). Matar and was great from start to finish, providing the utmost knowledge and professionalism. 5/5 for my experience. I will definitely be a return customer and recommending Let's Do This Auto to family and friends and all those I work with at TTC. Well done Sir!

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and I had a very positive experience. My dad and I were assisted by the owner Matar who is friendly, very informative, very helpful and not at all pushy, which was the best part. He was able to explain a lot about the car in a short period of time and show us its features during a test drive, so that we felt like we got a really good understanding of the car right away. Matar was also very helpful. We decided to buy the vehicle just before closing and he stayed after hours to get all the paper work done. The car was delivered the following day without any trouble and Matar took the extra time to explain how to use the features in the car before I left, so that I would immediately enjoy my new vehicle. The service was superb.

Even though I don't usually post many reviews. But since this dealership is an exceptional, I will post one. The owner is an extremely compassionate person. When he tells you something he's usually right :D. I loved the experience of buying my Merc b250 from let's do this auto. In addition, which I was not expecting. As most showroom/dealers don't care after they are done with the sale. Next day, Something happened to our car. So I called the owner and even though he gave us caa and the 3 months warranty, he came all the way from his dealership area to where we were on the highway. Then dropped us home and got the repaired done on the car and delivered it. I mean who does that? Amazing guy and everybody should Atleast go and give him a chance once :)

I recently purchased a used 2008 Hyundai Accent from Matar at Let's Do This Auto Sales. The car only had 118,000km's on it and was in wonderful shape. Matar went so far up and above as to ensure I got new brake pads, new rotors, a new battery and winter tires were already put on. He even went and registered it for me. I'm very glad I went out of my way to visit Matar as I got a great car and a wonderful price at a time that's difficult for many. I still have a 3 month warranty which I can't expect from most used dealerships so just in case anything were to happen, Matar has me covered. I truly do recommend Matar because he genuinely does believe everyone should profit and be more than satisfied by the end of the deal.

The car I wanted to test drive was dirty. He said over the phone that he didn't think there was any accidents. Turns out there was one, but I only found that out after driving 40 minutes to the dealership. The office is an absolute mess. The owner Matar kept on speaking about his manager being the one who he has to run deals through, except Matar is the owner. .. waste of time. All the five star reviews are fake and made within hours of each other. He wanted to buy my trade-in for $600, however I don't buy cars with accidents, especially from a dealership I don't trust.

This was my first vehicle purchase in Canada. He was really straight forward, helpful and honest! He is professional in his bussines. We agreed in couple of minutes, built mutual trust. And the next day he delivered the vehicle to me, even he did not wait to cash out my check. He has provided me with everything that I needed, i.e winter tires. I had minor issues with the vehicle long after I purchased it, each time he helped me a lot, guided me to trusted and affordable mechanics, i.e. tire purchase, tire changes, oil change etc. I absolutely recommend him.

Please find somewhere else to go. I bought a car from this place, it was a dud and the engine light came on immediately. During the process he seemed nice and told me to let him know if I needed anything. When I let him know that my car had issues and the engine light had come on he immediately stated he was getting his lawyer involved and refused to communicate with me further. Here I am 1 year later still with this car that I had to put over $5000 extra in to get in to work and now ever place I go tells me to get rid of the car but I can’t afford to.

I don't do this write reviews but I was treated with the royal touch Matar was not just another salesman he treated me with the most respect and personal touch. I had been to many used car lots to find a car but was not till I looked in my own backyard that I found a place where I was treated right. Picked up the car we purchased with the petrol on E and limited mileage left until it ran out. Common courtesy to fill up the vehicle especially as we had over 100km to drive home.
