When my Father died in July in a Care Home. I was told that a had to choose a Funeral Directors to take my Dads body away. Not really being in a good state of mind I randomly picked Leverton & Sons. This turned out to be a very good thing. They came that night and tock my Father away. After getting the number from the Care Home i gave Leverton & Sons a call the next day. The call was was answered by a man call Drew. How from that point on, told me what was going to happen. Who i needed to call and what I should do. All of this was invaluable information. As i have never had to deal with a Funeral before. It made it so much easier to do and deal with things having a basic plan in my head. In terms of the Funeral itself Drew made it seem so straightforward no late changes phased him. Even when the rear suspension went on one of the Limousines As we pull up to the Crematorium. When we cam out from my Fathers service. A new one was there, waiting on us. All I can say is Helpful , Friendly , Professional

We received an exceptional service from Drew and his colleagues from beginning to end. We were treated with kindness, respect and patience at all times. My husband's death was complicated and traumatic. Drew's team returned my husband's body to London and looked after him with care and respect. We were able to visit him on more than one occasion and given as much time as we needed with him. Drew immediately understood the sort of funeral we wanted. He respected our wishes whilst also giving helpful advice. He found us an amazing, experienced Humanist celebrant and the funeral, whilst deeply sad, was a true celebration of my husband's life. I normally don’t write reviews, but on this occasion we could not have been more pleased with the Levertons & Sons Funeral Home. When my father passed away my family was at a complete loss of where to start or what exactly a funeral entailed. Drew and his staff guided us through every step, including finding a second church, as the first one of our I first choice was unable. We bombarded him with emails and phone calls, but not once did he complain truly professional. They truly listened from start to finish they were gracious, understanding, sympathetic and followed through on everything they said they would. From our first enquiry when an open and transparent pricing list was emailed and our first discussions about transportation of my brothers body from Bradford to London Drew could not have been more helpful . Throughout the process - which was not straightforward due to the circumstances involved - Drew and his team were extremely helpful and very organised. I particularly liked that Drew tactfully reminded us what decisions we needed to still make at every stage of the process. Like anyone who has suddenly lost a beloved partner, it is difficult to choose a funeral director. Please put your minds at rest and choose as I did Leverton & Sons, in my case the funeral director was the wonderful Drew Rush at Finchley Road branch, but they were totally wonderful and I absolutely recommend them without reserve. Everything we asked for and more was attended to politely efficiently and without delay. The funeral service went like a dream and their charges are highly competitive and very reasonable.

Drew and his team were incredibly helpful when it came to arranging our mother's funeral. We had v little flexibility around the date and they were able to accommodate us despite other bookings. They helped us with all the details... liaising with the church, organist, and florist and did a great job with supplying the order of service once we'd decided on the copy. The day went very smoothly and we were all very grateful for the great service we got from Levertons.

We had the pleasure of working with James at the Finchley Road branch for my sisters funeral. James was considerate, professional, efficient and understanding. He took on as many responsibilities as he could, helping to make the burden lighter for us. My sisters funeral was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Leverton and sons did the funeral for my baby who was born sleeping they did a lovely job and was very respectful and helpful this was in march 2021 and I have just received an email off of them asking if I would like to place a Christmas star on a Xmas tree at all saints church this blew me away that they had remembered her and all the people they had held funerals for this year a big thank you to all of them and all saints church

From the first phone call Leverton's were unfailingly helpful, respectful and provided all the support possible at a dreadful time. I was touched that the Director Drew Rush remembered elements of our first phone call, and took time to double check on details. The funeral was simple and dignified and personal, and the tribute site they created has been a wonderful place for photos, thoughts and remembrance.

The member of staff are helpful, supportive, listen patiently to query ,to then advice with appropriate suggestion.
