I had the most amazing Jean shopping experience in my life at this location tonight. The store manager, Devin, was managing the door with covid protocols and then would go inside the store and work with customers. Incredibly friendly and energetic, especially for a rainy gloomy day. Then inside when i wasn't sure what I was looking for as I was shopping for my bf, I asked him for help. Best decision ever! Oh man he worked his magic and made it so easy. Then, never having ever worn levis myself, he picks out a pair of jeans based off what I told him my size was and what I liked. Change rooms are closed due to covid. So when I got home, I tried them on and BEST PAIR OF JEANS EVER. I'm so happy I don't want to take them off. Perfect fit! I'm coming back for more! And the jeans i bought for my bf fit too. Incredible experience. I know not everyone is like this but the manager clearly cares and is so good at what he does. Thank you!

The guy at the door managing covid protocols was nice but the staff inisde was useless and hostile. Anytime I've gone into this location the staff has completely ignored me and given no assistance. The store is poorly organized and the customer always has to go out of their way to ask for help finding the right size and product. It's very uncomfortable to shop there. I don't know if it's the company's mantra to ignore their customers but buying jeans is difficult and requires help to find the right fit. They might as well just do a self checkout system because the staff is useless. I still love Levi's denim as a brand but I would rather go to the Rideau Centre location to shop.

Staff rushed us out rudely. Website clearly says open till 6. 508pm they rushed us out, told us to hurry up because they closed 8 minutes ago. I asked what was happening and they said they decided to close early today so that the manager could go pick up her kids. 3 different staff members told us before we could even gather our things that they were closed. Staff was seething at us. On the way out we noticed small signs on the door they were closing early today however when we walked in the doors were open so there was no way for us to see the signs. I understand that sometimes you need to close early but there was no need for the snark.

Nobody asks if you need help. When you ask for a specific style, you are shown a pile of jeans and left to your own devices. Nobody will help you further. Lady at the door of fitting rooms didn't talk to us, didn't ask how things were going or if we needed a different size. I have the feeling that either staff is badly paid or badly trained or both. Not pleasant shopping there. We of course left empty-handed.

Very disappointed. Went in looking to buy several pairs of good quality jeans for myself. There was no one to be found. No employee on the sales floor for over five min. When two employees finally came out they didn’t even acknowledge us, let alone offer assistance. I clearly was looking for help and did not receive any. I’m sure their product is great, but I guess that I won’t find out personally.

Very good deals on up to date styles with knowledgeable staff. Didn't have any interaction with manager (who according to these reviews is the reason for their 3.7). I saved about 75 dollars buying two paid of jeans here instead of Hudson Bay. Staff was also very helpful when I couldn't find a specific style and suggested a different one that they did have that was a better fit.

Levi's used to have nice jeans for women. Now they're all so stretchy, they migrate downwards when you walk. And I can't stand the shallow, useless front pockets. Don't go to the store on weekends. Waiting room lines are long, and trying to find a particular size is nearly impossible.

We had a LOVELY experience at this location thanks to Emma G. She was so sweet to my niece and daughter, giving them Taylor Swift friendship bracelets. Such a small and kind act but it meant the world to the girls. We were able to get our jeans with no issues, amazing shopping trip.

The sales associates were inattentive (4 customers in store) they stayed at central cash area/chatting/on their cell phones. I did not feel comfortable with their attitudes, left without buying anything. I am waiting for your 300 series to arrive? September I was told?

Had phenomenal service from the cashier (long purple nails). She was so polite, friendly and helpful! There are always great deals here but her service last night really made shopping there and even better experience!

I think Levi's doesn't need testimonial from anyone. It's simply the best Jean's brand at least for me. The branch at Tanger has the variety that can satisfy anyone and the staff are attentive and helpful.

The employees at the store are extremely friendly and helpful. It had been years since I had a pair of Levi's and wanted to check them out again. Picked up a couple pairs and they are very comfortable.

Great location and all that. But they have less stock, too few options and are a bit pricey for a outlet location. Basically, any other Levi's may be better.
