I have been a client of Josh Lewis, Nationwide Insurance since about 2003 or 2004. I've had only one billing issue in this amount of time, and it was taken care of as soon as I called. That's another thing, Chad or Josh seem to ALWAYS answer the phone and if they don't, it's usually no longer than 30 minutes before one of them calls you back. Very comfortable agency that makes you feel like you're not just another client, but someone they really care about. Recently, I found out they do all kinds of insurance. Life, Health, Auto, Commercial and more...stuff I had no idea such a seemingly small agency would do! Great agency to write and carry all your insurance needs with.

I shopped for about 5 insurance companies upon purchase of a new home. I decided to get quotes for both homeowner's and auto insurance. My agent (Chad Moon) was responsive, quick, and ultimately, his rates were competitive. I asked for several iterations of quotations to compare premiums, coverages, etc and my agent was supportive throughout. 5 Stars for best combined auto + home premiums I could find and 5 stars for good service.

In this day and age rates change, but you cannot replace the service element. I would highly recommend this agency.
