I have been to the post office a few times here and the staff where friendly and helpful but they choose their opening and closing times. Just now had an unnecessary augment with their post man who was standing outside by his van, hey closed early yet again! This is my third time going there and them not being open! and with no excuses to why. The post man just kept shouting at me, it's closed, it's closed when all I was doing was looking for a timetable on the window, I then asked when will you be back open and he shouted 'COVID, COVID' waving his hands at me .. so unhealthful and aggressive! Don't waist your time going here and being disappointed !

If you're using this post office you better check for the prices on the website before you go because they will push you for a more expensive service, I don't know if they are on a commission or what. I had to argue with the staff because I wanted a certain service and they told me it didn't exist even if the website said it would. Once I showed them they gave me that service without apologising for their mistake and rudeness. Another time they were going to charge my mail as a small parcel when it was a large letter, significantly cheaper for me for the same service. Check before you go.

CLOSED AT LUNCHTIME! Very friendly and helpful. When I arrived he was closing up for his lunch, which the sign on the door said is 1-2:00 Don't come between these times!! He very kindly agreed to post my package anyway, but he tried to do it quickly before someone else came in, and a queue formed. As I was leaving I saw him closing the door and immediately end up re-opening it for someone else running towards the shop. Reading the other reviews I imagine that when customers keep arrivng and he doesn't get a break, he grabs it as and when he can.

Brilliant post office, run by a really helpful man who works immensely hard. The queue has been pretty big at times through the past year, but it can be avoided altogether if you are using click and drop services. There have been a couple of times I have been there and found it closed unexpectedly. This is understandable - it's a single-manned shop that has stayed open for the community throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Fortunately there are 2 other post offices within a 10 minute walk and another a 5 minute bus ride away.

Very Poor DO NOT get your things delivered here if you aren't going to be In you are better off missing the delivery. The store has been closed for almost a week now. All it says at the front of the shop is store is closed until further notice because of shutter issues. My parcel got delivered here about a week ago. I still haven't got my parcel yet I been to the store three times and they still haven't fixed the issue it's a joke to be honest very very poor If I had known I would have just returned my item all together.

In the past a member of staff here has been rude to me and I have refused to use this post office. However, Parcel force have left a parcel there for me to collect. Guess what? Despite the website stating that the post office is open, three visits today and the shutters are down with no indication why, or when it will be open. This post office should probably be closed, and the community redirected to a better one with a professional service.

I haven't been here since the new owners have taken over (recently) and I should have kept it that way! Appalling customer service. The lady was serving me but because the man wanted to use the till, he took over and the way that he spoke to me was just plain RUDE. Never again. If it wasn't a favour for my mum that I had to visit this branch, I will just get a bus to the bigger Post Office in New Cross like I usually do.

I live opposite this place and the guy knows me and is always very friendly. The stock is well stocked with cleaning products etc. So, it's a great little handy shop to have. Having said that, I know people have often complained that they cannot collect forms from here and I'm not sure they run every service other bigger post offices might. Also, opening hours are erratic, that is true and sometimes a little annoying.

It’s supposed to be open now and I’ve just arrived with a heavy parcel to find a note on the door saying ‘closed for lunch’, despite the main opening hours mentioning nothing about a midday closure. Surely there is more than one member of staff to cover lunch breaks? Looking at the reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue with staff closing the place at will.

I cannot believe the length of time I’ve waited for my parcels to be dropped off at this post office. It’s been a complete inconvenience and should not be an option to collect customers parcels. It appears that it’s never opened at the specified time. Please do not waste your time and use a post office that is professional and cares for their customers.

Great service! I recently visited this post office after many months. Previously, I had bad experience with last administration of this post office. But new administration looks professional,. friendly and cooperative. Though I strongly believe that they require more staff. It is not one man's job. In rush hours, customers have to wait long.

They have tried to rip me off on several occasions. The usual ones are to sell you guaranteed delivery even if you don't need it and charge you for parcel delivery on a large letter (£4 rather than £1.30). Oh, and they always seem to be out of basic large envelopes but have loads of the more expensive jiffy ones. Crooks.

I have rushed to collect my package 3 times today outside of my work hours and the post office is closed when it should be open as per its opening times online. The package was dropped off by Parcelforce, they also couldn’t help me with this as they had no contact details for the shop. Very frustrating

I have been to this place three times and have left disappointed on all occasions. First, they didn't have passport forms, and second they had decided to take a break during the working day, so that they could have prayers. Third, I was there on a Sunday at noon and it was closed. Terribly run place.

Very helpful gentleman. I honestly don't know how he's coped over the last year or so! The queues have been horrendous, it can't be easy working alone and catering for all these customers! Not to mention the risk he takes everyday exposing himself during this pandemic. Top marks to a top man.

Never open. Fed up of walking all the way there to find it closed every time. On the rare occasion you find it open, staff seem really annoyed to actually have customers and often downright rude. I will now avoid this branch. Brockley cross post office is much more professional and efficient.

NEVER OPEN DURING "OPENING HOURS" Have been trying to collect a parcel for the past week (been 4 times now) and it has not once been open when it should be. No sign outside saying it is closed, nothing. Do not use their post and collect service as you will never get your item! Avoid!!!!

Work for ladbrokes and I an required to send money using the post office previous management used to be very difficult and used to say we had to do certain things currently management is very helpful regarding giving help and advice and helps with giving us note and coin bags

Great customer service, very polite, quick and easy transactions, all staff are very well trained, always helpful and are very knowledgable. I'm always using the services there as I haven't found a post office that functions as well as they do. 5*'s mate

the quality of service is variable compared to larger post offices but they will alwasys try to help whether its - certificate of postage -mail redirection - registered post -parcel -stationary timming is everything go round at the right and get the right service

Parcelforce left a parcel there. Went last Thursday at 3.30pm and Today at 4pm. Both times closed. Green shutters down but no information as to why closed or opening hours. Post office has gone downhill since closing offices and passing on to these cowboys.

It's a gamble whether it will be open, most of the time it's closed during opening hours and without any notice or explanation. When open, they don't have the forms every post office has. A shame, because the couple who ran it years ago were exceptional.

Opening hours state 0830. I arrived at 0845 and waited until 9am but no sign of them opening. Reading the reviews here this seems like a regular occurrence. It's pretty frustrating when they are supposed to be providing the local post office service.

I go here only because it's nearby. For some reason the staff seem annoyed to be at work, the shop looks terrible. The staff get annoyed when you have to weigh stuff. Good only insofar as they post your things. Bad in all other ways.

This postoffice is a rip off. I sent a letter via recorded delivery two weeks ago and all now my work hasnt recived my payslips. I payed £6.50 and i will demand my money back. DO NOT USE THIS POSTOFFICE. THEY SOON CLOSE DOWN

Parcelforce left my parcel there and I go to collect at 3pm on my break from work but it is closed, shutters down, with no explanation. Suits that the first picture of this place is it with the shutters down.

Rating is for extend opening hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm, Sat 8am - 6pm, and now even open on a Sunday 10.30 am- 4pm. Only one counter so can expect to queue if busy - but was quiet on a Saturday afternoon.

Never open. I have a parcel waiting to be collected from this place. I've been to collect it 4 times across two days, all well within the advertised times, and the shutters are always down.

Under new management. They are open for longer hours and even on Sundays. Never thought of a Post Office openi g on Sunday. New staff is well trained and very helpful and polite.

The most unreliable post office. Never sticks to its opening hours. Just shuts randomly when it feels like. Very frustrating when you're a business that relies on this service.

Opening hours are absolutely unpredictable, no matter what they've said on the sign/Google maps. They often make up prices for services on the spot.

Must say that every time i go there, the gentleman delivers a great customer service. Always helpful, friendly and trying to sort out what you need.
