Excellent prices on beer quarts which is economical after a hard days work and Liberty Liquors has it all, fantastic range of wine, malt, spirits, coolers and cool drinks at excellent prices, ample parking and secured shopping. I have been a loyal customer for many, many Summers both for personal consumption and they delivered to my on-consumption bar and restaurant. Friendly and helpful sales team that are service orientated and ensuring the best possible price on my wine, malt, spirits and mixers purchase. Now let's get this party started!!!

No staff available to assist, was looking for a particular whiskey. At checkout the teller was unhelpful with the card machine. Very awkward when people are watching you enter your pin. When leaving your slip gets signed, but it was more like the guy was looking to what I had bought, others just walked past. Security outside was more concerned with flirting with young drunk ladies. Will rather go to Westville next time.

The shop itself was well stocked and the attendants helpful, security was lacking in the store and we were being hounded by beggars wanting us to buy them wine, they followed us from aisle to aisle harassing us, the only visible security was at the door checking to see if you paid for your goods, so what's the point?? I would have most probably bought more items if I wasn't being harrassed

This place has practically everything, but it is not a nice shopping experience. There is not enough place to move around, it's always crowded, the staff are uninterested or ignorant of the products around, just not a pleasant and streamlined process. I guess the lower prices keeps people coming back to this place so they're seemingly not really interested in customer satisfaction.

Customer service it top notch but when it comes to deliveries, service is poor they receive the truck that came after me, Indian guy he fooly me he said they not going to offload that truck they just want to park it inside but they offloaded that MSC truck and hate what they did to me, first come first serve.

I went with my boss to get stuff for our end of the year braai. I don't drink personally but boy, was I surprised. The place was humongous, talk about big. Wherever you looked, there were stacks an stacks of alcohol, anything you might desire. If you want variety, I suggest you go there.

I went as they opened so parking was easy and the shop empty. Only down side was I asked a worker for Alcohol Free Beers only to be told adamantly that they do not stock them. I then spoke to the Manager who took me to where they were (in the Fridge). Bad communication.

Great place of you're looking to get alcohol at a decent price. There is ample parking and security while you shop. The warehouse is often sufficient stocked and they have most items readily available. Not the greatest selection of craft and international beers though.

Found a parking immediately and got someone to help me with my 2 cases of wine who packed them in boxes in my trolley. The store was clean and gladly not so busy. The only problem was the cashier did greet, was not interested in serving, so my experience did end well.

Liberty liquors are one of the biggest Liquor stores in Durban. They got all varieties of Liquor and which goes for a reduced price compared to other Liquor stores around and that got me attracted to the store. They have a big and secure

There are so many people with huge trolleys stocking shelves and maneuvering stock, that there is barely any space for customers to shop. It feels abit like bumper cars.
