I've been filling up here for years because the prices are usually cheaper than anywhere else however: last night the owner did not want to allow me to fill up. He said that he saw me reverse into the petrol bay rather than drive in and he wanted payment up front. I'm not a risk and other drivers did not have to prepay. He said that he won't be letting me fuel up unless I gave him something so I handed over my phone. Afterwards, I had to ask for my phone several times before he returned it. Lesson learnt, NEVER filling up here again. The customer service is disgraceful and as a woman, I don't need to be assaulted or abused late at night when all I need is petrol. Very poor service. Never ever been treated like that ever before.

Purchase 4 car wash and 5th one on us!! I clearly remember that the shop keeper told me you only need the numbers. I collected 4, took their photo every time ( their ink disappeared after couple of weeks, however the guy believes some people keeps them for 2 years), when I showed him the photos of my 4 previously purchased washes and claimed for the free wash voucher he asked me for the original last 4 receipts and didn't accept the numbers. To be honest he said I will do a favour and give you 1 for free which wasn't that pleasant to me and I didnt accept it. So, if you want free 5th wash, make sure you keep your receipts and somehow protect them from fading.

Had a very unpleasant experience where the register person tried to rip us off 100$ by saying our card was declining even though it was showing approved then he tried to make a fake receipt showing we paid with cash to try hide his tracks we ended up going home and getting a bank statement to prove he tried ripping us off and after an hour of him trying to get us to give up he finally caved in and paid us back- never apologising and wasting an hour of our time. Be very cautious of the old clerk who wears glasses and ask for a receipt. Never going back there again.

Very dissapointed with the service. Today i went there at 7pm and wanted to fill my car with a full tank. And the salesperson called me in and said to pay first. I told him that i wanted a full tank petrol and i will pay after filling. Then he wanted to keep my card until i fill my vehicle. Then i kindly ask him to charge $70 from my card. Then he said me that $70 is too much for my car. Really dissapointed with his service.

I just went to get my car washed and paid for the Premium wash which according to the advertisement says that it does the wheels/tyre wash and after the wash was completed I looked and the wheels were not touched at all. Went to the cashier who is supposed to be the owner who was VERY ARROGANT and disrespectful. Will NEVER visit Liberty petrol station Endeavour Hills EVER even though I live in Endeavour Hills.

Advertising misleading fuel prices. This is how it goes, you turn up at the fuel station on the price advertised but by the time you want to fill up your car, the price goes up 4cent on every litre. When it gets quieter, the prices are lower, as soon as few vehicles get turn up, the prices are changed…

BEWARE !! My dad pumped “unleaded 91 fuel” 3 days ago, drove a couple 100m and broke down. Car got towed to mechanics that day who found that there was actually diesel in his car. The receipt from liberty confirm that it was from the unleaded bowser.

The man that works there is so rude and service is horrible that I will never ever go there even for the cheap petrol. He yelled at me to put mask on when there was so many people in the shop with no mask but he targeted me only. Made me cry.

Love this petrol station. Very handy location and they usually have the cheapest petrol prices around. The staff are always very friendly and efficient and they have a good car wash and always working air pump for the tyres.

Family owned business, they are always helpful and serve with a smile. I had left my wallet home once and they trusted me. Their fuel prices are always competitive and least in endeavor hills area.

LPG pump full of air. I put 20 litres in the tank and was empty by Lilydale. Should have gotten 80 to 100km out of 20 litres. DO NOT FILL UP WITH LPG!!!!

OMG THE BEST PRICES EVER. The service is Amazing suggest going there if near there. And there kebab place is ok.. It could use a bit of charcoal.
