My friend Apple referred me, and I'm glad I trusted her recommendation with my fur baby Bella a Pomeranian Dog. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the warm smiles and friendly greetings from the receptionist and staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The way they interacted with Bella, taking photos and playing with her, was heartwarming and showed their genuine love for animals. I was impressed by the clinic's cleanliness, and the offer of coffee and sweets was a delightful touch while we waited. The level of care and service exceeded my expectations, especially considering the reasonable amount I paid. The veterinarian's kindness in providing free treats for Bella further demonstrated the clinic's dedication to pets' well-being. The groomer's expertise left Bella looking fabulous, and the speed at which he worked was impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty Vet Clinic to all my friends, and I intend to return soon with my four other fur babies. Although I regrettably didn't catch anyone's name due to being overwhelmed by the wonderful experience, I am immensely grateful to the entire team. I was almost planning to visit the clinic after reading numerous positive reviews. However, now I need to seek out another vet clinic because the individual answering calls has been quite rude. As a new cat owner, I had many questions, especially concerning vaccinations and microchipping. However, when the gentleman called me back, he began addressing me with impoliteness, pointing out that I had initially stated that I had only one last question. yes i wrote to him this but Later, I discovered through a friend that there is a requirement for municipality registration as well. I simply inquired via WhatsApp whether this service was included with the passport. To my surprise, the gentleman called me and said, "You mentioned having just one last question, but now you have multiple questions?" He could have simply suggested, "Please visit our clinic, and we will gladly answer all your questions."

I have been taking my 2 Cats, Faith & Lucy to Liberty Veterinary Clinic for the last 6 months. Dr. Samer makes them feel so calm & comfortable so getting them in for their vaccinations it check ups is very easy. Thank you Dr. Samer for your exceptional guidance to us & your patience & gentleness to our fur babies!! A big thank you also to the support staff Michael & Rama for your exceptional care. We struggled in looking for a good vet for our dogs until we found Liberty. Our dogs instantly felt at ease with the doctor & the nurse. Doctor Samer is very caring to our dogs, we really appreciate your gentle and kind approach to our dogs. They are always so excited to go to the vet now because of him! Michael is very patient, it can be challenging to manage our dogs when they get scared but he was able to calm them down. Imani is wonderful and helpful, really appreciate the good customer service. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had a wonderful experience at liberty vet clinic for spaying my cat - Princess Zoya. All the staff including Dr Nour were very caring and compassionate. The clinic’s professionalism was remarkable. They explained all the procedures and medications and put all of my worries to rest. They also provided regular checkups to make sure my cat was fully recovered and healthy. I definitely recommend the clinic for their exceptional service and facilities.

The best vet clinic in Dubai. The groomer is so gentle and nice, my cat fall asleep while having haircut that is how gentle the groomer is..the doctor was good, the assistant, the receptionist are so accomodating and they are all good. the shop itself is so clean and organized. we've tried a lot of clinic and even the mobile pet groomer we tried and nothing compares with Liberty Vit Clinic..Kudos to the team..

All staffs are friendly from reception, groomer and the doctor was great. We sent my 2 cats for annual vaccination and Dr. Nourhan Adel and Nurse Rama assisted us. We are so happy seeing how sweet they are handling our cats even with my agressive one. Many Thanks for the good service of Liberty Vet Clinic Al Jadaff Dubai, because of their good service from the Receptionist to the best Veterinary Doctor Nourhan, she cured our cat Freya 6months old and got her Vaccine, Microchip done and Passport, and that's not all because Doc is very Generous, Doc. Nourhan gave us a lot of Freebies like Cat Leash, Pet Wipes and Cat treats.

Visited the clinic for our dog's vaccine. She's the sweetest but gets grumpy and aggresive everytime we go to the vet. The doctor got mad and shouted at our dog not to come back to the clinic again. Well we did, lots of vet clinics who are more professional and patience with animals. You should know better cause you are a vet, you studied about animal behaviors and stuffs.

We had a great experience with our first visit to Liberty Vet Clinic. We did vaccinations and grooming for our 3 cats. My pets were greeted with cat treats and the clinic offered coffee/tea and chocolates for the fur parents. The doctors and staff are very professional. They will guide and educate you with every step of the vaccination.

6months ago my cat had an accident and I went to liberty Vet and they really did an amazing job as my cat now is as healthy as before. Thanks to Dr Nurhan and Nurse Mike. I will forever be grateful for your help and support. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has pets.

Had a great grooming experience. Receptionist and staff are friendly and even the Vet, even though we weren’t there for check-up. He even gave my cat free perfume. They also had complementary sweets and drinks for the fur parent while waiting.

I trust the vets there. One time my dog swallowed medicine and I rushed him to them and they were able to take good care of him. The facilities are good and clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
