Trying to prevent you from going through what I did. Please read. I dropped off my wedding dress the day after my bridal shoot in September because I had 3 small stains on it. I told them, if they couldn’t take the stains off, I wouldn’t mind just wearing my dress as is because the stains did not bother me too much. I told them I was worried my dress would shrink so I'd rather just wear it as is if they weren't confident. One of the part owner of the cleaners laughed and said that dry cleaning doesn’t shrink anything and that if it did, it would force me to lose weight. I should have known then that this was not the place to drop off my wedding dress that I had to wear in October. On Oct 6, the day I was to pickup my dress, I called to see if I come in earlier to pick it up. They seemed confused as to what I was referring to and he read me the pick up receipt on his end, which read, Oct 6. He then proceeded to ask me what date it was that day. I said, Oct 6, that’s today. He sounded flustered. Went to speak with someone, came back on the phone, and asked me if I could come in the next day, Oct 7th for my dress. Reluctantly, I agreed. My wedding was a few days away, so I just wanted my dress back before then. I went in, grabbed my dress and came home. I tried it on. It had shrunk! The train was half the size, the chest area was slightly higher, the bodice of this slip wedding silk dress was now tighter, and the bottom became high waters. In tears I went back to the dry cleaners. I showed him the before and after pictures of me in the dress. He was stunned himself and said, “wow that did shrink a lot”. He begged me to give him a chance to fix my wedding dress. He said, he didn’t want to be out $1800. He also said that he would buy me any dress from the dress store he knew if I didn’t like my dress after he fixes it. (Turns out this was a lie too as he sent me to a party dress shop that had no wedding dresses and he said, "i wasn't going to buy you anything you wanted. It had to be in my budget."). I said, “what if there is nothing there I like?” He proceeded to call me negative. I went back the next day with my then fiancé to see how he fixed my dress. He stretched it out alright. The whole dress now sagged on my bust area and there was a stretch line going down the front. He never admitted fault and instead of just paying me for my ruined dress, he tried to haggle the price and only offered 1/3 of the price of my dress. In the end, we were only able to get him to pay us $1000 and he didnt even refund us for the dry cleaning fee of $214. I now was out money and had to spend more to find a new dress days before my wedding.

Don’t ever use this business services. I went to pick up my suit at the time they told me, when I arrive I waited 1 hour for them to tell me a piece of my suit was missing. They call me to tell me they found the piece but was dirty and will not be ready which was a major inconvenience due to the fact that I couldn’t attend my early morning meeting the following day. When I arrive to pick it up they still tried to charge me for the service when I told the worker that was not right for their mistake and he told me “he did not care”. I told him I was gonna write a negative review for my experience using their service and he laughed about it and said “as if we would go bankrupt for you review”. I highly suggest to not use them. They’re disorganized and don’t know how to manage a business and customer service.

We’ve always had such great experiences at Life Cleaners, but recently they really went above and beyond. My wife and I brought in several pieces of clothing, one of which included a wedding dress that looked like it was dragged through a muddy field. The prices were more than fair, the service was friendly and informative, and somehow someway the wedding dress came back spotless! Will definitely be coming back.

I brought an untagged, high-end piece of clothing in to have stains removed. I signed a waiver and hopes for the best because I needed the piece cleaned quickly. Not only were they prompt, but they removed every stain and returned the piece perfectly. The associate was professional and honest. I was thoroughly impressed.

I’ve been coming here for years! They always do a great job with any of my clothing i bring in. I’ve driven as far as Smyrna just to bring my clothes here because i know they will do a phenomenal job. Got blood stains out of one of my shirts with no problems at all! 10/10 will recommend you coming here!

I called first thing in the morning and asked if they could turn around dry cleaning by noon. They said yes so i drove over, dropped off at 8:30, and at 12 it was being bagged for me to take with me! Super friendly, Stellar service! Thank you all for your help!

The guy was very nice, but I don't think they actually washed either items that we took in. The blanket still smelled weird. Maybe it just got put in the wrong pile idk I'll edit this review if they offer to rewash at no cost.

Excellent company. They saved my favorite dry ckean only coat when it was involved in a near fatal accident...other dry cleaners would have ruined the coat but life dry cleaners saved it!!! Go get yo clothes cleaned here!!!

This is my go to spot if I ever need dry cleaning in the city. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the quality of their work definitely shows. Your clothes are ready on time, and they look as good as new each time!

Can't give five stars because of higher prices, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Organic dry cleaning with same day service.

DO NOT use the place! $7 for dry cleaning a shirt!! Last place I went to charged me $2.50 a shirt. What an absolute joke!! …
