Would 100% NOT recommend storing anything important here. I store one of our cars here in between finding a house and we had a family member who ended up needing the vehicle this weekend through next week. So we go up there to get it and low and behold they started a huge construction project WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING to ANY of the tenants. I asked the manager if they would pro-rate our rent for the month for as long as this took and she immediately said no "because technically your vehicle is stored". Could not have been more useless and unhelpful. As soon as this is done I am removing my vehicle and never renting from them again. Terrible business practice, you have to let your customers know before you do a huge construction project that completely removes access to your units you rent out. What a freaking joke this situaiton is.

If you’re looking for clean, efficient, easy to access storage this is your place if you need personal service and you need someone to answer the phone, this is not your place. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great facility but the human touch is not here. We are moving toward a more automated system. And way of doing things and this business does just that! So yay for automation and BOO HISS HISS for lack of human interaction.

I’ve experienced some of the best customer service of any kind at this location. Dabriel helped me make my move much easier than it would have been without her ability to make it happen. Friendly and helpful even after hours. I highly recommend this location for any storage and moving needs. If there was a six star rating I’d give all 6. Thank you Dabriel.

Louise is goes above and beyond her job to make sure you feel welcomed and right at home! She greets and welcomes anyone merely coming in to store their items ! Had the best experience with her! This location is the best! I was worried I wouldn't make it on time get the van to move. The store manager stayed at closing time to make sure I had the van and storage secured... even turned out to be less that what I was quoted over the phone and plus had the 1st month free! Thanks for great service !

Brandon and Tyler were very helpful in helping us with a moving truck. Unfortunately the people who had it before us hadn't turned in the key so we had to reschedule but they made it real easy for us to do so and explained the policies in detail to ensure no miscommunication. Thanks!

Recently had a string of break-ins and thought signs saying not to use padlocks was sufficient. Zero communication to tenants to let them know to change locks, bills still went out no problem. Our children's non-profit swim league lost everything.

Was a great place for over a year except My storage and several others were recently broken into and I found my unit with a new lock could not get into, and with the metal busted. Will investigate more during open office hours.
