Linda made the rental process delightful and easy. She called me in advance to see if I had any questions. While working on my lease documents she gracefully handled multiple customer interruptions. Although this storage is only a short term need I will definitely keep this team in mind for future use.

Great place for a storage, but my only concern is there are no up to date loading cart to help bring my container and stuff to my storage unit. Can at least three new or fairly used cart be there to use, you do have cameras watching your building, so you would be aware of if anyone stole your carts.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Linda is actually one of the most courteous and thoughtful managers I have dealt with. Linda and her team are always a pleasure to deal with. The property is kept up great and the location is absolutely perfect. I highly suggest the 2010 Wilcrest location!!

I have rented several 10 x 15 storage units for my business here over the last 5 years. Management is always responsive in taking care of gate access, elevators, safety/security and cleanliness. If you need anything taken care of here including deliveries they are always available to help.

In addition to two spaces I rent at this Wilcrest location, I rented another today for short term. As usual, it was easy and pleasant. Linda Dugas, the store manager, is efficient and dedicated to her customers’ security. I highly recommend this location and management.

I am so glad I found this place. Every other storage facility I've tried has been a nightmare, but Tolu helped me get just the space I needed at a reasonable price, and they had all the boxes and moving supplies I needed! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
