Life Storage increased my rate by 34% (over $140 per month) in just 13 months! All these places will increase the rate every year once you have your stuff in place, but Life Storage raised my rate 3 times in 13 months... Not to mention in that same time frame, they raised my rate from $368 to $494, Life Storage made it an un-maned location. There's no one working at my location (TC Jester & I10) any longer, which sucks for obvious reasons, but it also means I'll have to drive even further to talk to an actual person. Since they have an automated answering machine, no one would answer the phone, and I always had to go in person to talk to an actual person... now I have to drive further and pay more... no thanks. I've had enough, I'm out, and I wouldn't rent from them again.

I needed a reliable storage with a reasonable price.I always request the climate controlled units for my items. I had used this storage in the past when I lived closer to NASA years ago when it was Uncle Bob's. They still provide great storage services Life Storage or whatever name you can not beat quality service. The customer service rep was very helpful in making sure that I get the best deal. I love this storage and would recommend it to anyone who needs a storage.

I work for a large marketing company and we have warehouse units all over the nation we ship supplies to. With that being said, I cant give this unit enough praise. Which should really show alot. Christopher really went above and beyond. I had made a giant mistake in unit numbers. Chris took it upon himself to physically move and ensure the safety of our 50+ boxes into the proper unit. I am forever greatful! Thank you again Christopher you are a phenomenal human being.

The elevator needs work. For being a life storage branded storage, it looks pretty run down from the inside. It's supposed to be air conditioned as well, but it's always hot. Storage units do not have lights inside either. They also raised the rent recently for no disclosed reason. If things were kept in order that i understand that, but I can't think of any logical reason other than they are using inflation to raise rates to gouge its customers.

Facility is clean, well lit, air conditioned and secure. I have had a total of three units here over the years. I have never had a negative experience. Most recently we decided to downsize our unit after a move. No hassle, no fuss, Matt got me a right-sized unit in about ten minutes. Noticing I was alone at the time, he even helped me move three very large items from our old unit to the new one. Top notch all around.

Excellent customer service at this store. The staff is very nice & professional making my experience smooth & hassle free. It was a one stop shop I got my boxes & tape there which were cheaper than other supply places. I ended up needing the space longer than expected but they were more than understanding & accommodated my needs. My belongs are safe and secure untouched just how I left them. Highly recommend.

I lost a family member and was given 3 days to move them. considering everything going on I was feeling quite hopeless. I came into Life Storage and Angel WAS VERY VERY KIND UNDERSTANDING AND ACCOMIDATING. This has been a great experience. I can get the things moved in immediately!! The property is spotless. I feel great about this move now. Thank You Angel!!

Cesar was very knowledgeable and professional and had good recommendations on unit sizes and accessibility. It was such a pleasure discussing the storage options with him. The paperwork and process of renting was easy and reasonably swift. The property seems well maintained and CLEAN!

I stopped in today to get info on renting a space. The gentleman I talked to, his name was Matt, was very nice. He explained everything to me, and was very patient when I had to have him repeat things. I would recommend this place to everyone, just based on my first experience there!
