I have stored at this location for many years and seen many different iterations of companies managing the site. This new operator waited about a month before jacking up my rent (which had just recently been raised less than a year ago) no rhyme or reason as to how they charge or when they will raise your rent. They don't provide any extra services when they raise the rent and in fact do the bare minimum to maintain the facilities cleanliness and functionality. They gate is inoperable frequently, doors into the facilities sometimes won't open, their carts are jankey and haven't been replaced or serviced in years, their are dead roaches all over the facilities inside, there is often sharp debris and trash laying around on the floor for weeks at a time, trash in the stairwell... I'd like to know exactly where the extra money they are charging me is being spent because it is definitely not to provide services to their customers. Fail. Do better

This facility is absolutely amazing. Lets start with the facility itself. It is absolutely as clean as you can get. Bright lights throughout, helpful roll carts, 2 areas to load In and out of the climate control area as well as 2 elevators. The staff are absolutely there to help you and make you feel comfortable with leaving your valuables there. The staff walk the area at least twice a day. ( I once left my storage unlocked and they called me to let me know). Let's just say I had a situation that I thought they could do nothing about and they went above and beyond and made the situation so much easier (and they had no obligation to have to help). I will be here as long as I am in Kingwood.

I want to praise this facility for the cleanliness and great condition but also for the Manager they have, Tatiana! She is just amazing and wonderful, she will work with you to find you the perfect storage unit you need and also to assist you with any special request/need that you have. I just moved to the facility several days ago from a different storage provider taht I ahd been with for the last 20 years and it was the best decision I ever made and the best service/attention given to me by a facility manager. I recommend and endorse Life Storage and Tatiana in Kingwood 100%!!!!

My experience renting here was great. Aside from the building and unit being very clean and secure, the best part of my experience was interacting with Dan in the office. He made everything very easy at move-in and move-out, and is very friendly. The flat dollies inside by the elevator were a much appreciated plus. I would never hesitate to rent a spot here again, if needed.

Me and my mom got a storage unit to hold some items that don't fit in our attic and the manager Erica Garza was extremely friendly and helpful. We have used other storage facilities before, but this is by far the best we have ever used. Customer service was even better than Chick-fil-A, and we all know they have some of the best employees! Keep up the good work!

Went in today to purchase some moving boxes and to find out pricing on storage buildings the girl at the counter was super helpful she had answers to everything i was asking i will definitely be coming here from now on loved her she was super sweet i believe her name was Erica so if anyone ever stops by make sure to ask for Erica and say i sent you haha

This location is amazing. Dan and his staff are a professional, caring group that are very compassionate about their jobs. I've been frequently using Life Storage and they never cease to amaze me with their charismatic ways. They're always ready to help in any way they can. I highly recommend using this location. You won't regret it.

Dan and Chase were so helpful in my search for storage units. They were personable,, professional, friendly, and truly care about great customer service, unlike a lot of places I've been lately. My experience here was beyond expectations. They are a clean well taken care of facility with EXCELLENT customer service. I would recommend anyone to store at this location. Erica really took care of me in getting me in fast and was extremely courteous. If you need storage, this is the place to come!

I have been using this facility for several years now and I am very pleased with the units as well as the fact that there are always equipment available to take stuff in and out. Erica, the manager, is fantastic and is always accommodating whenever I need help. Also, the rates are very competitive.

This place is amazing. I had been to 3 other storage unit facilities in the area and all of them were giving me the run around,But here erica took care of getting me a unit fast. I would suggest it to anyone in the area the people are nice and the place is a lot cleaner than others.

Terrible experience. DO NOT Rent here! Drive in from out of town and the gate didn’t work. Phone number called manager and bc “the WiFi didn’t work” I could drop all my stuff off. I luckily found a place down the road to rent same day. Never again with extra space and life storage

Demacio and the rest of the staff are awesome! I used the unit before and during my move, and they were fantastic. Communication was great and being able to have packages delivered was a game changer. If i never need another unit, I would gladly go back to this location.

Have had a climate controlled unit for 5+ years and have been very happy to have a unit at this 762 location. We recently cleared out our unit and the young man was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this LifeStorage facility to anyone. Thank you!

Plenty of room to maneuver all sorts of vehicles loading. Convenient location. It wasn't a pain. Very clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In and out with no hassle. I recommend it.
