I was a Life Storage customer since your building went up on General DeGaulle (Uncle Bobs). I am a pharmaceutical rep and stored my samples at this facility for over 18 years. I always received excellent service and only ended my contract in 2019 because I no longer carry samples and didn’t have a need for a unit. In 2020, my college graduate returned home at the end of July and while she is awaiting an apartment rental, we decided to store some of her items to prevent damage and clutter. I immediately wanted to again patronize Life Storage. The customer service and professionalism are unmatched and I highly recommend this facility. Letecha, the manager has an incredible personality and is extremely helpful and willing to assist with your storage needs.

From day 1, I had the pleasure of meeting & working with Ashley at the General DeGaulle location. Every time I see her, no matter if it’s day or night, she is always extremely helpful and pleasant to me and anyone else she encounters. We could’ve chosen many available options for storage, but Ashley made the difference for me. With her being there it makes me feel at peace in knowing that when shipments come or anything important, it’ll be taken care of. Though this may simply be a storage unit to some, for me & my company this is LITERALLY a “supplies/inventory hub” that is used several times weekly in an effort to flawlessly execute our events. Her kindness, consideration, helpfulness, promptness, reliability, trustworthiness and care wrapped in the utmost professionalism are an infinite asset to Life Storage. It's apparent that Ms. LeTicia would be a high value asset to any company graced with her service. The agent over the phone was helpful but the life storage location agent Ms. LaTicia was a gem she assisted in every way possible hope I spelled her name correctly. Let's ha has been a blessing for Life Storage. I travel 80% of the time and sometimes forget about storage bill but she will give a courtesy call and make sure that everything is OK and I don't miss out on my monthly payments. Been here for more than 10 years and just received a level of customer service that rubbed me the wrong way. Lights are broken, door broken and when I requested to speak to a manger, I was blown off. Decided to hold my rent until I spoke with mgmt. bad move they completely locked me out!!!

Cheaper rates on the Westbank and it's easy to access. I'm really happy with this location. The only disappointment is the lighting in my climate controlled unit sucks and I have to bring a headlamp. But overall, I'm really pleased and Ashley is great.

My storage was inside and got broken into, now i have to do a police report. The whole reason for inside storage was for the security. This facility isn't safe for your items. Unfortunately, i will be relocating my items to another storage facility.
