OMG! I have been going here for over a year. Thursday added to my series of bad experiences. Traveled from New Braunfels a long distance for this appointment due to COVID conditions - not at my office. The service is completely paid for. This time I was called for an appointment to complete my implant. It has been an over 4 month process; I was told it was easy and efficient. Just a couple of visits. This was visit #6 and not complete. At least 2 times machine wasn’t working properly to take my scan. Then when scan was taken my results were not complete. The surgical piece was excellent. Was told when I came back after 3-4 weeks my crown would be ready. It was not - the proper tools were not available to even order my crown. Went Thursday - incorrect type of crown was received/ordered. So here we are 3-4 months later and implant process not complete. My cleanings are great and staff is friendly- just not a good place for services. Currently looking for another dentist. Shame because this location is near my job and very convenient. Staff friendly - communication for my appointments very good.

As somebody who was extremely anxious about having any degree of dental work done, I have not had a single negative experience at Lifetime Dental. I absolutely adore the hygienist, Kim! I had been terrified to see a dentist for years after having many bad experiences at other clinics. She was very patient with me and assured that I was comfortable throughout my entire cleaning. Nobody has taken the time to properly educate me on periodontal disease, which I didn’t even know I had! She showed me how to properly care for my teeth and permanent retainer, and patiently answered all of my questions. She truly gave me the motivation to stay proactive and take better care of my teeth. Since my first visit, I’ve had several more appointments and my mouth has never been in better shape. I really cannot recommend this dentist office enough.

I could not have asked for a better experience from the receptionist ...to.the entire staff . they were all professionals and friendly as could be. Dr S was such a pleasure to meet. After a thouroh exam he spoke with me at length about what I wanted to accomplish with my smile and the health of my gums and teeth. We discussed a lot of options both immediate and long-term. We decided together on my treatments and even my financial ability to make it happen. He was never pushy or did I feel embarrassed because I couldn't fix everything at once. I felt like he really cared about helping me achieve my goals. I felt a real trust in his experience....knowledge...and abilities.I would highly recommend Lifetime Dental and have found my Lifetime Dentist for sure. I hope you make your appointment soon. The staff here are really great! Very kind, patient, professional, nonjudgmental; all important qualities for a dental staff to have seeing as how dental trips can sometimes feel a little daunting.. especially if you haven’t been in a while. Staff is exceptionally great at breaking down benefits that your insurance may or may not cover and patient responsibility. In-house repayment options also available on certain procedures. Frequent emails regarding monthly specials are a nice value-added bonus that this dental office has to offer. Dr. Rust has been in practice for many many years, and he is extremely knowledgeable and honest with what he can accomplish for you; but he also knows when the time is right for referral to a specialist. 5-stars and a definite recommendation is in order for this office!

Dr. Rust has been my dentist since I had a full head of hair and I would never go anywhere else. Great staff. I chipped a tooth in the morning and was able to book an appointment the afternoon of the same day. When I got there, I was shown to a room and told Dr. Rust would be with me in a few minutes. I was then asked if I would like Dr. Pena, Dr. Rust's new associate to have a look. I said yes because I knew any associate of Dr. Rust would have to be good. Dr. Pena was competent, friendly and had me out of the office in twenty minutes with a perfectly restored tooth. Dr. Pena is a fabulous addition to the team.

I have been a patient of Dr Rust's for about 12 years, and I could not ask for better dental care. Dr Rust is caring and attentive, and always provides complete information about the plan of care so that I can make informed decisions. And in case you are wondering, Dr Rust is adamantly against PAIN!! He is always making sure that I am not hurting, even if it means an extra injection of Xylocaine and a/or a few extra minutes so I am completely numb. Today was for seating 2 crowns...and as usual, efficient and painless. Excellent care, excellent staff!

Some of the worst customer facing service ive ever experienced. I have called this dentist 3 times over a 2 week period and was unable to reach someone who could schedule an appointment for me. I have left a vmail, was placed on hold for over 15 min and when i finally reached someone she had to put me on hold again for over 12 mins to transfer me to someone else because i have visited this dentist before- no one picked up the call so i hung up. I also waited over 45min in their online chat but never reached an agent. Dont waste your time here!

Dr. Rust is the best dentist, by far. The staff is pleasant and competent, kind and compassionate. I have been a patient of Dr. Rust's for quite some time and every visit is like visiting family. The quality of care is definitely above the industry standard of care. Dr. Rust is a bit of a perfectionist, which means his crowns fillings fit perfectly and he won't finish the job until the bite is perfect, too. Overall, Dr. Rust and his staff provide a high quality health care experience that is hard to find in any health care office these days!

Dr Rust and Kimberly are the best in the business ! I’ve been going to Dr Rust for about 20 years now and cannot say enough wonderful things about him as a person and as a dentist. I just had my third visit with Dr. Perry for a fitting for a partial. From the very beginning I felt I was in good hands. His confident and pleasant manner made me feel that I would indeed have my dental problem solved. The staff has been very pleasant and helpful, and everything has gone smoothly. In fact, things are moving faster than I thought, and I will soon have my new partial, which will be very welcome indeed. Family has been using the services of now known as Lifetime Dental for years....the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clinic is always well kept and the environment is welcoming-feels like family when I get my dental work. Dr Rust is very knowledgeable and gentle when performing dental work. He truly cares about your dental health. Excellent clinic with reasonable rates if not using insurance. The appointment reminders are great and can often be seen in case of an emergency the same day or week.

The team at life time dental is awesome. The front staff is kind, caring and super knowledgeable. Kimberley the Dental hygienist is thorough and knows her stuff! She set me up with Invisalign’s and my teeth have never looked better. The dentist himself is personable, and makes you feel like family when your there! He set my fiancé with basically with a new smile. He had planned appointments and in less than two months, and has new smile looking better than ever!

I had a great experience coming into their office for the first time! They took a ton of xrays, checked my teeth for problems (also asked me if I had any concerns about them), then cleaned them so they shined. The hygienist April was super sweet and provided great conversation throughout. Doctor Rust was very personable and easy to talk to/share my concerns. After being at my home dental office for 25 years in Georgia this was the next best dentist I have found.

This is a great dental practice I was from out of state and had a dental emergency they answered my call and quickly scheduled me to come in right away. They were very kind and professional. They worked to verify my insurance and explained what the best treatment was and cost. Dr.Rust was amazing and very informative and kind. I may need to fly back to be a patient there. I was running late to dentist appointment today, called the office to inform them of my tardiness, it did not seem to be an issue at that moment. When I arrived the Hygienist was upset because I was taking time out of her lunch time told me she would rush the cleaning and if she did not eat she would be (Hangry) I did not appreciate her unprofessionalism and after being a patient for over 20 years I will be looking for a new dentist office

Kara did an excellent job on my cleaning, the best it’s been I think. And she is very knowledgeable about the teeth, gums, disease etc. very pleasant experience for dental work ! Excellent service all around! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was then immediately taken back and sat in the chair and was ready to go on time! The hygienist was friendly, professional and courteous she also took her time and made sure the cleaning was done right. Had not been to a dentist because of health issues and do not like to go in the first place but my experience was comforting. I didn’t freak out and run out because the staff and dentist explained everything before it was done. My procedure took about 1 1/2 hours but it didn’t seem that long. Everyone made sure I was not in any pain and asked if I had any questions. I will surely return.

Getting your teeth scraped with pointy metal sticks isn't on my list of fun past-times, but the dental hygienist was very gentle and made it all very tolerable. Terrible! Gum infection from tooth cleaning. Dr. Rust said only once you get one that causes a dry socket it is a problem. He offered to SELL me some expensive mouth wash but to absolutely no responsibility, nor did he offer to refund
