We installed a new light fixture in our dining room this past weekend because the previous light fixture broke. When we turned off the breaker for the dining room area, there was still a current still coming through the wiring and it "popped". We had to shut down the electricity for the entire house in order to install the light fixture. When we turned the electricity back on, the light fixture lit up, but the light switch was no longer working. In addition, the light switch in an upstairs bedroom also stopped working, so we believed there might be a damaged electrical wire that connects the dining room switch to the upstairs switch. We were very concerned about a potential fire hazard. I saw all the great reviews for Noam and sent him an email at 5:15 asking him to call me and set up an appointment. Not only did he respond within the half hour, he offered to come right away. By 7:45 my light fixture was perfectly functional and all light switches (upstairs bedroom and dining room) were working again. What an amazing experience - Noam and his apprentice were so friendly and honest. I would highly recommend Noam to anyone looking for an amazing electrician! Thank you Noam!!

As a Real Estate Broker in the middle of a transaction, I met Noam during an inspection that required a master electrician's expertise. I saw how he took the time to assess the problems and explain the solutions to the client while being friendly and efficient so I figured I would try him out for a job I had at my house. He came over, Installed pot lights throughout the house, fixed some problematic issues and helped make my home a smart home with smart switches and smart thermostats. I love that he didn't cut any corners and double checked every little connection needed. I'm very picky when referring professionals as they are a reflection of my business but I can comfortably say, after experiencing such good service, that I will highly recommend Lighthouse Electrique for future clients, friends and family.

I was getting a new HVAC system installed that required an electrician to wire the attic and wire the outside unit as well. All this in -20C weather to boot. Noam came by to assess the what was needed and provided a fair estimate for the job. He was clear on what was needed and did what he could to keep costs down. When the job started, a few undetectable surprises came up and Noam was clear with the issue and worked hard to come to a cost effective solution where I feel some other electricians would have been quick to sell me on the idea of changing my panel at a significant cost to me. I am keeping Lighthouse Electrique in my list of contractors I will call back should I need additional work done in my home and would feel very confident in recommending him to friends and family.

Excellent customer service and communication. We had what we thought was a minor issue with some outlets not working. Scheduled an appointment, and got a call a day early saying they were available if i wanted them to come by. One of their apprentices came by, and was very honest and straightforward in explaining the issue, and why he would need Noam to come and fix it. The next day, Noam came by and provided me with a clear, starightforward explanation of the issue. He promptly corrected the problem, leaving No mess whatsoever behind. In an era of generally terrible customer service and failure of tradespeople to meet even the most modest of expectations, Noam is exceedingly polite, professional and competent. Noam was very thorough in his inspection and gave us a fair estimate.He offered many suggestions on placement of the lights and materials. Such great service! Right from our first conversation I could tell that Noam (the owner) was a professional and attentive electrician. Excellent service, comme dans le temps (ie, 1990). Noam est venu et a evalue le travail a faire. J'avais achete du materiel chez home depot qui ne convenaient pas. Il l'a tout de suite vu, me disant que cela pouvait creer un court circuit. Il les a fourni au prix coutant vs 3c fois le prix que les autres electriciens facturent normalement. Il facture aussi a l'heure, et le travail a pris 55 minutes. 99.9999% des electriciens se seraient traines un peu pour facturer le 30mn ou 1 heure additionnel, pas lui! Il merite 10 etoiles!!!!! Je lui ai donne un 25$ de pourboire pour la peine. Une perle.

Great experience with Lighthouse Electrique. Even though many are on holiday this time of year, Noam was kind enough to help us with some old/faulty/dangerous wiring. He quickly detected and resolved the issue and made sure to explain his process the whole way through. Lighthouse is a small operation: master electrician Noam and his family and friends. They replaced potlights in my kitchen with LEDs. They worked quickly and tidied up afterwards. I am very pleased with the results and recommend Lighthouse to others needing electrical work.
