A big shout to the team of "Lightning Shine Car and Dog Wash" ie Matt and James I, as a customer, had a minor issue with the car wash that I had experienced. So just went ahead and raised my concerns with them via SMS and phone call. Within few minutes, I heard from Matt who quickly organised a meeting with James. Prompt, very prompt and accessible bunch of guys. So a big win in a scenario if anyone ever has an issue. Upon arrival, James took time to educate me that what all needs to be done in the right way to achieve the best outcome on an ongoing basis. I mean, as a car owner, we have equal responsibility too, to keep the car in check. The way things were handled in a friendly, timely and professional manner is something that I quite liked. He further offered me a free wash + a microfiber towel (I mean it was just not required) and made sure that I leave as a HAPPY CUSTOMER. I offered to pay but them refused to accept. Now this approach of making sure that I was put at ease and the feeling of being looked after is simply GOLD. I wish them all the best and surely, I'd be a regular customer going forward. Anyone who appreciates a quality wash then do give them a shot. Confident that you'd like sticking with them.

Great Aussie owned business! Easy to use and all wash machinary makes car look sparkling, Very gentle on your car. Makes me mad when people expect the car to get rid of ALL dirt and grime when there car hasn't had a good hand wash in a while - PEOPLE don't expect this, this is a gentle clean so it doesn't ruin your paint job or scratch your car which I think is awesome! Does an awesome job and made my car look brand new again! Vacuums are really handy too! I have been to this wash quite a few times, on those visits I’ve used all of the services they offer including the dog wash. I had an issue using the car wash last week. After the car went through a thin film of grime was left on the paintwork. I called the customer assistance number and Matt called me back and offered a solution. He was was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the limitations of touch free washes and how to overcome them for a great result. I highly recommend using this wash and if you have an issue know that you will be supported.

This car wash is the only car wash I'd give a 5/5 for. I can't really fault it, it provides a decent wash and although their prices have just gone up, I think compared to other car washes it is thorough, quick and gets rid of majority of bugs. It doesn't leave soap if you get the top wash and the blower is decent too compared to others I have been too. It is however situated in a busy area and would be great if there was another up the peninsula way.

Great customer service from Matt and James I had an issue with the car wash leaving soap stains and were able to quickly my resolve this issue my answering my calls and arranged a time to make sure it was gone! Really appreciate the effort they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and offered a free wash for my friend and offered multiple coupons for the inconvenience! Highly recommend this place!

Opted for the most expensive 20$ wash with an added wax option for 2$. Was not very happy with the wash as it didn't came out like totally clean or shiny. Especially the marks and the back glasses were not cleaned properly. Still would had rated that 3 star, but gave the owners a call, just to check how the wash works in case I missed something, no one picked and never got a call back, so -1⭐️ for that.

Busy dog washing station at times, Increased in price recently however, walking distance to the house. I know I can do this at home but my dog is a big boy and my house is small, taking him here I don't have to worry about the state of my house after a wash. Recommend to take a towel to dry off your dog after a wash. Usually always clean the bay before leaving for the next person and their pooch.

Phenomenal customer service. Last week, my pendant was sucked into vacuum cleaner machine by mistake and I thought I would never get it back. But, I just a left a message for the team and got a reply back within 24 hours. I am so thankful to the team member for giving me that pendant back to me. It means a lot to me. Thank you so much! Very disappointed with end result, paid $18 for extreme wash but find out it doesnt remove the dirt , road grime! fancy technology but useless in action . Where are the rotating brush from the sides and top? so waste of time and money and I have to find another car wash that uses the rotating / spinning brush! Will never use this kind of car wash again and I advise others not to...

Fantastic experience had at this new business. Experienced owner onsite with answers to any questions. No harsh brushes on your nice car. You need to be realistic though with what you expect your car to come out like. Every 3rd or 4th wash on your car needs your elbow grease if your car is exposed to very dirty roads or a dirty storm. Will be a return customer. Most impressed.

Left dirt residue on my car after the $18 extreme wash. Contacted them with my experience to find out that their wash won't wash all kinds of dirt, including road grime. A car wash that doesn't wash road grime from a car.. that should probably be disclosed on their banner or flashing LED signs. Got told to wash my car by hand, then come to wash my car there... Yep, ok.

Washed my car here this afternoon after weeks of driving through dirt roads and construction estates. It was filthy. Decided to vacuum the car as well, where at this point the attendant came by and offered to clean up any spots that the autowash might have missed. Certainly didn't expect this type of service, so definately worth 5 stars!!

This is a great car wash, in my opinion. My car had not been washed in several months and the touch free system removed the hardened dirt from the back of the car impressively. I did experience a technical issue, I think, as the polishing and air drying cycles did not run at all. In any event, it's a quality product and worth the cost.

Lovely staff, great job! Went through with the help of a lovely man, then he noticed the spoiler was holding soap and encouraged us to go through again (Free of charge), when the suds were still there he grabbed a towel and gave it a clean! Very friendly and you can tell he loves what he does and has an amazing eye for detail!

3 bay car wash, all touch free, with blow dry available. They have timers outside above the bay which shows the remaining time on the current wash, very good for choosing which bay to drive in at busy times. Vacuums and dog wash available as well as vending machine with wash accessories. Card only, they don't accept cash.

Loved going to this place before. But last Saturday, went here. Paid $20 just for the machine to give me the $16 service. I think the screen showed me wrong options. I reported to the number posted on the site but no support was given. Really disappointed. Paid $20 for just water.

Easy and convenient. Though it is not effective as a hand wash, good option when you don’t have time. Whole process would take 15 minutes maximum. There are multiple options and prices are between $15 - 22. I took the full package, but still some spots were not cleaned.

Since using Lightning Shine Car wash, I’ve been really happy with the results, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The drive through system is easy to use, and I love that no brushes are coming in contact with my car, which looks new every time I leave there.

Nice and new it even offers free disinfectant to clean the dog tub after you wash your dog, but I always have to disinfect it when I arrive cause unfortunately people are lazy to clean up after themselves. Would be great if it was monitored some how.

Disgraceful experience. Car came out of laser touch free wash covered in brown streaks and stains. Spent 20 mins scrubbing to no avail. Management refused to acknowledge fault. Also charged for a second vaccuum never used. Horrendous experience.

Would have to be one of the biggest rip off car washes around, not only does it do a well below average job, $22 for the top tier wash and supposedly ceramic coating.. the chemicals that they use are that harsh it makes galvanised items

The vacuums have the suction of a feather duster. Would not bother at all! $6 to attempt to vacuum the car and would have had more luck with a garden blower or domestic vacuum! Will drive to pakenham for a better result.

What a great experience. Needed to find an alternative to washing my girl at home and came across this place. So easy and convenient and no bending over or mess in the bathroom at home. Best $10 I've spent in years.

The usual no touch carwash. Doesn't do a perfect job - none of them do - the only way to get your car spotless is wash it by hand. But if you haven't got the time or the energy, this is a reasonable alternative.

Well priced for a decent clean, no brushes or damage to pain due to it only using water, would be nice to purchase a double wash for those times your car needs an extra clean.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the wash. The drying was effective too, though need to wipe off the extra water manually. Recommended and would visit again.

Handy dog wash, just a short walk from home. The K9000 is very easy to use and Daisy's coat is beautifully clean and shiny.
