Went there today to buy a pair of shoes for my baby. I had one shoe from the display on her feet as I was trying it on and decided I was going to buy the pair when the sales associate came over to me, grabbed the shoe from her foot and said somebody else is buying it. I was too shocked to say anything. I literally got the shoe from the shelf and nobody was there when I put it on her feet. I have no idea where this other customer came from but she didn’t have the display shoe. Obviously if a shoe is on a persons child they are thinking of purchasing it. It was such poor customer service. Common sense - ask me if I want to buy the pair and if someone else is interested then try to accommodate both customers don’t just come and grab a shoe away from another customer. I was going to buy the pair but promptly left after that bad service.

Excellent store with exceptional customer service. The staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and really went above and beyond in helping my son to get a good shoe fit for his very wide feet. There really isn't another store like it in Calgary We drive in from high river, and will do again. Thank you!

Felt a little conflicted in this store. I did get help and found some descent shoes but I half felt like a burden needing assistance. I think there could be some room for better customer service and creating more of a welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic new childrens footwear and clothing store. Service was friendly and top notch despite being busy at the time. Top quality Brands selection only available. This will be our go to from now on. I wish them all the success.

This store was SO needed in Market mall. Great selection and shoes that will actually support kids feet! I found sandals as well as winter boots for my niece and nephew. Thank you so much!
