True story: Elena was the first wedding supplier I contacted, and her professional and knowledgeable manner managed to assuage my anxiety. As soon as I gave her our colours she knew which flowers to go for, and she understood our vision immediately. Our venue was a bit difficult in terms of set up and PLI, but she reassured me every step of the way and sorted everything out. We had our flowers delivered to 2 different places on the day, and she was in contact with me throughout to make sure all went according to plan - and it did! The arrangements themselves were absolutely beautiful. She knew how to dress our tables without making them feel busy, and many of our guests made themselves bouquets to take home as souvenirs. I had requested a very simple bridal bouquet, and she followed my vision and gave me exactly what I wanted. Drop her a line, you won't regret it!

The Christmas Wreath making workshop was one of the most beautiful experiences I have lived with my lady friends. I did not choose this workshop at random, but specifically for Elena's talent, professionalism and warmth. A very good choice. We went to Richmond all the way from Watford and it was such a lovely Saturday afternoon. They welcomed us with a big smile, Prosecco and cakes. The table was already set with everything we needed for the wreaths and there were plenty of options. She explained the process step-by-step, ensuring everyone is following along then she walked round the table assisting everyone that need it. She also had Matt doing group pictures which was great to capture the moments. Thank you again, Elena and Matt. See you next year.

Elena answered my last minute call on a Sunday to get a beautiful bouquet for my sisters housewarming party. Elena came all the way in to open up without a question to make this beautiful bouquet for me which I was so grateful for. I needed to send a bouquet to a customer and googled a florist local to their address. Lilac and Bloom looked to suit my needs and I am so pleased I chose them. I had a very last minute request and Elena was extremely accommodating, making up a gorgeous bouquet for me within 10 minutes of my call - despite being super busy. She also took the time to explain how to look after the flowers as I was travelling over an hour by car, and she made sure they were wrapped securely. I'll definitely be ordering from Lilac and Bloom in the future, what a brilliant small local business to support!

Elena and her team did the flowers for our wedding, bouquets, buttonholes and two altar arrangements. Everything looked stunning and perfectly captured our vision. It was a smaller wedding in terms of flower requirements, but that was not a problem for them. Items were delivered on time and Elena even helped the gents to affix their buttonholes. Elena was brilliant. I wanted to send birthday flowers that very same day. It was quite late when I phoned Elena but she made it happen!
