I cant believe we have been customers here for nearly 20 years! Why? Such a huge range of products, always great prices, easy parking, and they will even carry the stuff out to your car. It's a bonus that George and John are both such great guys, and real characters too! If you own an animal, do yourself a favour, and shop here. Even if its a bit of a drive for you, you will love the beautiful Yarra Valley scenery, and there are lost of great spots to stop for a new Facebook profile pic, or a great cuppa coffee.

This company is absolutely incredible! The staff are so welcoming and i enjoy having a chat with them. The knowledge they have is extensive and valuable. They have helped me to the car with my chicken feed when my hands are full, When i bring my children they are so welcoming to them as well! The product rang is extensive and such a great price! I reckon them to everyone i know! Customer for life here, would not go anywhere else! i would like to say thank you to everyone working here for being fabulous!

Good old fashion service and the lady I dealt with was amazing.I needed chook food and when I got to the counter I realised I didn't have my wallet. I went out to my car looking for coins to pay and the lady said If I couldn't find enough I could pay the outstanding amount next time. Rare to find such a trusting person . I would not buy stock feed anywhere else after such a wonderful experience.

I lovvvvvveeeeeeee the lady that owns this place with her husband omg she is amazing. I drive from launch and she is always so sweet my boy loves patting the cat and she is always throwing in a sneaky something for me or the animals. Best price around and the services is worth the drive as she is just such a breath of fresh air.

They buy there products from a italian corrupt organised crime family that own eastern distributors, its a fact, police have been on there tale for years, the older brother got caught and is a informer for the police stay , so i dont buy from lilydale anymore for that reason good luck

This family run business is amazing, staff are always willing to help and always with a smile. They often chuck in a little freebie which is just because they generally care. Stock holdings are great and they have excellent knowledge on whatever you may need

My daughter recommend this place so I thought I’d give it try. Not sure about dog food yet although the prices seem competitive but the service was terrible. The person serving served 8 ppl in front of me and struggled to answer what food

WOW! Very competitive prices on animal food and other animal care products and in addition, 4 cents off per litre on fuel from their petrol station (out front) if you spend >$50. Staff are very helpful with friendly service.

Stock a huge amount of products from cat food to horse sundries, dog treats to stock licks. Always priced well and staff are friendly, dogs are welcome on leads and mine occasionally get a treat which they always appreciate!

Absolutely brilliant. I came in with my 2 little boys to buy a bail of Hay for my bunnies, and the gentleman where so friendly and helpful, even giving my boys a little Lolly bag each for Christmas. I will be back for sure.

A large store with some great deals and loads of stock. Products for all animals. The attendant was very friendly and offered us some great deals! Would recommend this place if you happy to browse a warehouse style shop.

They have been every type of animal feed you could want. It's convenient to home and the bulk prices are competitive. We get our wild bird seed mix, chook feed and Wheat (for home made heat bags) here.

Wonderful staff, great range of products, and if they don't have it, they'll get it in for you. Prices are much better than other major pet store suppliers, even with their 'loyalty' programs.

These guy's have a huge range of produce to feed a myriad of animals. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don't stock it you only need ask and they order it in asap
