I had a terrible experience here. A friend and I came into buy liquor, we were thinking of buying beer so we made our way to the beer cooler. We changed our mind and decided to get a spirit instead. My friend grabbed the bottle and we went to the till. I forgot my wallet in the car, as I was walking towards the door the cashier locked the door on me!! Accusing me of stealing liquor!! I told him to check me thoroughly as I rattled my pants and sweater. A group of guys behind us even told him to relax and to lay off of me! He eventually let us go. I'm never going back to this place again!!

Hey i always go to this store whenever i want to buy booze..... the guy whom i see on regular basis is so friendly and treat me so good with such an energetic and fun manner! As he responds to my request so frequently and he always know what i want! Really hats off to such a great service of communication that their customers are satisfied and needs are being met! And ofcourse the guy play such a nice beats all the time! Love to recommend this store among others ! Keep up the good job guys!! Cheers!

the best prices for rye and great staff always argueing with em great banter never wear hoodies when entering you will have the little cashier come and tackling you even if he may know you lol true story very memorable it's def my goto place to pick up any type of beverage such a great store thanks for the great survice, def your customer for 4 years now and while in edmonton i won't go anywhere else....do yourself a faviur and get what ever you need they got it qaves all

Liquor Bay is by far my favourite liquor store. I drink this somewhat obscure beer that's hard to come by. Sam and Vasu always place a special order for me, I'm so grateful. Also, they also know to order extra because likely I will pick it up (I always do) talk about customer service. It's super convenient, parking right out front. Swing in, you won't be disappointed. Best of the best service . A real family run business. Muma is so sweet . Always smiling . And her son's. Well mannered polite individual's the younger one of the two is who I see almost on the daily. And he's playing great music when I come in. And not to mention the fragrances. I love insents . 10 stars if I could rate it that high

Do not come to this liquor store. Very rude cashier. Cannot do his job right. There are many people looking for jobs. Please replace him with someone eager to sell liquor. Its a jatti punk. Seem like im not the first person to complain about this incompetent person.

Wasn't allowed in to look for the item I went for, cashier said he was the owner, was unbelievably rude, said he didn't like me talking, refused me service, yelled at me to get out, 60 yr old drunk got served, tried to pick me up, stay clear of this place!!!!

Best liquor store in hood, the guy who works their is most friendly and down to earth person i have ever meet in my life, always step up to help people. Play good music and the most important thing gives good deals and we always leave with smile.

I go there daily (sad I know) the one gentlemen who works there doesn't remember my face. That bothers me something fierce.... I spend too much to be treated like a random person at this point and feel like I'm being judged for going there

Love the service, love the music, love the selection. They didn't have what I wanted (like 5 years ago!) so the young fellah working there ordered it for me and now I am a repeat repeat customer! Plus the mini mart next door has Faygo!
