Moved to San Antonio from Michigan 3 months ago. Have been to this store about 4 times. First time I was asked for my ID immediately before even finding my purchase, which was odd to me. When I checked out it was given back to me. Twice have had the same kid wait on me. Didn't ask me right away for my ID as I walked in their establishment. Tonight I go in and right away I hear a males voice asking me for my ID!!! Same guy! I give it to him, go grab my purchase, check out, get my ID back! Never again! Done going there. We've had more negative experiences here in Texas in 3 Months than I did in 54 years of living in Michigan!

I come to this location at city base quit a bit and the employees here are very helpful and friendly every visit and they me feel like they know me on a personal level. Their customer service is outstanding. I have been to quit a bit of their locations but this one here at city base is by far the cleanest and most organized and fully stocked at all times. Every time I go in I always see them either stocking or helping customers but never have I ever seen them just standing around. So I want to say to those 3 specific employees ERIC, NUR, AND DENISE keep up the good work. It really shows your effort.

I really like this place. However, they were holding out on one of my favorite liquor that I like. Hwy 87 don't carry the liquor that I like until I had made a request. In my opinion, they right under Specs and will continue to do business with them. The only concern that I have is my points didn't convert over when I entered my number. The manager noticed it and said will get that resolved. I was pleased with that service. That right there alone will make me continue to do business with Liquor Bueno!

Nice big store, surprisingly bigger than you'd expect. That means lots of the regular stuff you need and plenty of room for special stuff you might not expect this store to have. The staff was helpful, especially Nas who helped me find that special bottle for an upcoming Christmas party. I'll definitely be stopping by there more often now that I know the south side has a store with a decent selection and variety of things that normally you only find in huge stores on the north side.

Store is well laid out. Not cluttered at all. Easy to find what you want and I found their prices reasonable especially for the miniatures. The clerk Andrea is very customer service-oriented. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience and I believe you will, too. The store is located right next door to the Spectrum store. Look for Ross Dress for Less and then to the right and you will find it.

Not too bueno, I sure didn't come for attitude but I got a big shot of it! Lady in the cash register was rushing me. I was going to buy more but she said she had scanned already when all I wanted was to ask a question. The prices labeled on shelve turned out to be different at the register. I wish good customer service was in use here. Never coming back.

The old lady with the black gray hair super rude. Only ask for your ID if you fit a Stereotype. I was there different people but, was the only one that keep my ID. When paying I put my hand out so she can give me my ID and receipt she put on the counter as my hand is already extended out. If she hate her job so much she should quit.

Very bad experience I walked in and asked if they have the 750 ml Hennessy, she said " no just the 100 dollar bottle!" I asked too see if they have it in the back she rolled her eyes at me and said "NO!" I walked out and went too WB liquors across the street. I'll never come back here again and she didn't even apologize

Young guy at register has a bad attitude..display had a different price than what it rang up. Told him about it.. walked over to see display tag. Walked back and said well it’s ringing up this price..do you want to switch out to something different? Did not care for the snarky tone.

The personnel there are the best! So friendly and helpful, even carry my purchases to my car! Their prices compare to other stores in area. Their shelves are always stocked and new beer cooler is great! And they offer cash discount and points to apply toward future purchases!!!

This place is awesome. Amazing selection of bourbons with items any enthusiasts would love to have in their collection. Including barrel selections unique to the store! Eric at the Military drive location is incredibly knowledgeable and was a great help to me. 5 stars for sure!

I have visited Liquor Bueno Southeast military Brooks city base location on several occasions. The gentleman Raghu is very helpful and very patient. Very good customer service skills and made my experience memorable. most definitely my Liquor Bueno location!!! …

Loved the customer service. We traveled from California wanted to take some Texas whiskey for friends and family. Eric provided spectacular customer service. Made us feel very welcome and very helpful on all questions. Returned bc of him. 5 stars.

My favorite liquor store to shop at in my area. They have a huge selection with great prices and the service is always friendly. I used to shop at Spec's a lot before I moved to San Antonio and the prices are petty much the same at Liquor Bueno.

Been in this store plenty of times never with a issue of having a minor with me until today so for the single parents with minors do not attempt to enter the store take your business else where to the stores that welcome business and making $$

Pro:$10.99 for a huge bottle of vodka Con: they either are late to open or I show up in the middle of the day and they have a sign that says be back soon. What kind of liquor store closes in the middle of the day and then reopens?

horrible experience.. when i was in there i felt UNCOMFORTABLE bc all i felt was the cashiers eyes on me. THE WHOLE TIME. never coming back.. rather take my business somewhere else where i can shop comfortably.

Very kind people! We don't drink anymore, but we needed boxes for moving and they went out of their way to help me get them to the car and even saved some for us after unloading another delivery.

If you see the white lady with missing teeth at this location turn around and take your business elsewhere, or expect unnecessary attitude.
