It's back to the command economy when it comes to getting your vodka sir after a few months of glasnost. Instead of wandering through open shelves, it's back to navigating your way through piles of cartons of booze and asking for your preferred brand only to be told it's out of stock. This seems to be a particular problem with beer.. Only a few Bhutanese brands are available and they don't seem to be fit for human consumption. Only a yak wouldn't say yuck to it, if you get my drift.
