I am a frequent customer buying beverages for personal and business events. The staff are always friendly to me EXCEPT FOR YESTERDAY !! Johhny Walker $42, get to counter $43 please. I say sorry it displays as $42. " OH, then I suppose you want your $1 refund" Me : " I may as well, another gold coin for kids at school " She removes the 7 Dollars change from the counter and places down 6 Dollars. I say " sorry you should be giving me $8 " She SLAMS down the $2 and I ask if she has an issue doing the refund. She says "NO" very abruptly. I politely say "thank you" and with a very sour face, she ignores me. I say " you could at least acknowledge my thank you and there is no need to be rude", and I walk away. As I am almost out the door, she sarcastically screams at my back, Thank ---------YOU and I hear her murmur what sounded like a snide remark to the lady customer whom was next !! Thank you staff member named "IZZY" at 4.40 pm Chirnside Park, Liquorland for making up my mind never to shop at your store you serve in !! Dan Murphy's from now on !!

Ordered 2 items using Uber Eats. One item never arrived and no communication about it at all. You could have substituted a similar product or called me! Yes, I didn't get charged for it, but now I have to place another order (and pay another delivery fee)

Manager and staff are always very helpful and they always have what I need. Great place to buy your drinks.
