I want to commend a young lady named Flora who was extremely helpful and accommodating to me. My shopping bag broke inside the store and she wasted no time in helping me remedy the situation. She was polite, friendly and very kind. We need more Floras in this world.

Small liquor store within the Eltham Village shopping centre. Convenient if you only shop there, uncompetitive both in selection and price otherwise.
