It is based on today's over the counter sales. The person is so unpleasant and anti-sales. Lolz..This is the second time I experienced that she is so involved and spends too unnecessary time to express her personal views to her acquaintance. She literally forgot that other customers are waiting in the queue. She needs to be retrained anyways to server further.
