If you value your self-respect don't go here. Rude staff. Today's purchase was the worst experience. the money/change was thrown back at me. That's the worst store experience I've ever had. The female store attendant firstly did not even reply to a "Hi" from a customer, whereas it's the staff that greets the customer. And then the change for the purchase was thrown back at me. Well Customer service is not a transaction it's an experience. I wasn't even asked for my flybys, which is a common issue with this store based on previous reviews. The staff treats customers like just another number. I would prefer to go to celebrations in Craigieburn and drive longer. At least their staff knows how to treat customers like human beings.

Worst experience ever i dont even want to give one star Jessica named team member was serving she asked me for my id and i agreed i went home to take my id and bought wines That team member was really rude and she even denied to give me my receipt when my partner went back to get receipts and even she used bad language and even her behaviour was really aggressive with us And also i will complaint about her on flybys and also i will demand for the camera check and audio check against this team member she was really bad at nature she ruined my night I came there to just get wines Her behaviour was really really bad and agressive

Yesterday i been to merrifield liquorland and i was looking some spirits amd i ask for help and i said your price is too comparable to other store and there is one girl and another who was busy with that employee he said then go to another one and i was surprised that he was not even employee i think he was her friend but totally disappointed and feel disrespectful.

Served by Gurjyot very bad experience person didn't ask for flybuy or gave docket or bad.. I had to ask about flybuy so she said no it's already completed If you want points then call flybuy people and ask them to add and you need to give receipt And I was not even given that I had to ask for it after I return to store after leaving... Very bad customer service

Great new store with friendly helpful staff. Store is always well stocked, clean and tidy. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended

Good to have a liquor store around the corner for Mickleham and Kolkallo. Prices are usually ok.
