Worst experience ever. Ordered 4 bottles of Taylor wine on 14-4-20. I got charged wrong. Emailed liquorland on same day. No reply or response till 27-4-20. I called them 3 times. They already charged my credit card, even they said that they will cancel my order on 15-4-20. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. I called them again and ask them what is going on and they have no idea. Never going to deal with this company again and I highly advise others not to trust liquorland

I had a bizarre incident here this afternoon when I went into this shop with my daughter after shopping at Coles next door. When, I went up to pay for what I was going to buy, the salesman, had his arms crossed saying he was not going to serve me because he needed to see my daughters ID. Is that Liquorland policy to not serve people when they are accompanied by a minor? Are families not welcome? Maybe a bit of common sense would not go astray. Will not be going back here.

Digital id doesn’t work. I went with my 3 friends. One of my friends went home and we two went to buy wine with id yet RAJ “employee of the year” denied cause he needed the ID of that 3rd friend who went home. How am i supposed to get his id when he is gone already? ID Is required if sus of underage. He even knew our year of birth as we often buy from there. Yet he asked for Id. Provided with the ID Eventually but we were denied to purchase any liquor.

**** HEALTH PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT***** I just went into this store and immediately became symptomatic. I asked the gentleman at the register if there had been a water damage. At first he said no, then he realised that a pipe had broken in the ceiling and it had been fixed. This store has NOT been correctly remediated. I immediately had strong allergic reactions to the mould and contaminants. This needs professional remediation. **

Me and my husband have been shopping at this liqourland for nearly a year now I have read a few of the other reviews and personally I can say myself that every experience has been great the manager knows us by name she is always so helpful and when I am in store with my children she helps me put all my shopping in my trolley even when half of it is from coles. Will continue to shop here for the great customer service thank you.

I’ve been going here for about a month now, the first time I went there staff were nice. Every single time since, I have had the worst customer service, where staff continue their conversation whilst serving me and pretending I don’t exist. I get dirty looks, the customer service definitely doesn’t meet the standards of customer service. No acknowledgment what so ever.

This shop is an embarrassment to the brand. no matter what time you visit the store, the fridge shelves are empty, specials are out of stock, and staff are rude and unhelpful. I mean common, how hard is to do you promo planning, at least make sure you have enough stock to cater to your specials. ....and i highly suggest your team invest in some customer service skills

Extremely unsatisfied with rude lady who was working there on the 18th of Sep 2018 around noon who asked me for an ID which i didnt have it on me ,so went to go get it as my office is not far ....when i went back with my Id she was very disrespectful the way she was talking to me ...I am 31 yrs old by the way …

This store is regularly closed in the middle of the day and customers are forced to wait for 30 minutes or longer! Very poor staffing. Trading hours should be updated accordingly! 11.49am 23/6/22 and the shop is closed. Abysmal

They really need to cover up the breaks and don’t leave the shop closed during that interval. Now the team member is going to come in 30 minutes. Until them customers have to wait outside

Great customer service and very friendly people. The store looks clean and well organised. Good variety of spirits and wines. Wish to see more of cocktail mixers thought.
