Ordered via UBEREATS two hours before closing and they cancelled every order I put in. I even picked expensive wine to see if was just the deals they couldn’t provide and they just cancelled every order. Its not great service when I’ve gone in the store either but this time I haven’t been able to leave the house. So kind of defeats the object of both services. I tried to call and see if they can let me know what’s available , as they must have some wine available and the phone just rings. So I hope that management read these reviews because you need to do better if you’re offering shopping via these avenues. It’s a no - a big fat no from me.

Shocking service. Told the man at the chk out that the person he was serving pushed in front if me and the man admitted he did. The guy at the check out still continued to serve him b4 me and didnt even acknowledge me and ignored me. So rude. Not racist but he was indian and it happend today at about 12.30pm. So hope his mgr has a word to him.

Says it's open till 11pm tonight. Rock up 10:15. Staff have closed the doors and are cashing out the tills. Enquired why it says they are open till 11. "It's wrong" Then opens the door to let in an uber driver for there delivery...... I suspect they closed early in order to leave 11pm on the dot and not have to cash the tills etc.

Good choice of both wine,beer, and also spirits,staff were helpful and attentive,but at the same time left us to peruse at our lesiure,we bought twelve wines and were given two cloth red bags for 6 in each which was very helpful! We also got a top quality whisky and a beer special offer for $10

Horrible customer service... don't expect to be served if you're in the shop at 10:55pm even when you know what you're going to purchase.. just expect to be kicked out because the cashier is too lazy to serve another customer before closing.

Huge variety of Wine Spirits Beers and premixed drinks. Well stocked shelves. Clean and tidy store. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking with a good variety other retail stores and of course Coles. Worth a visit.

Worst ever. The joke is that Renu doesn't realize it impacts her husbands Clove curry restaurant as well. Rude staff. Doors locked when there's no wind. It's a joke !
