Ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to my house from the store since they did not have my size. Never got tracking info, waited almost a month before going back to the store, just for them to tell me my shoes got delivered to the chinook location and I would have to pick them up from that location now. I do not drive nor live near chinook so by the time I was able to go that way to get them it had been about another month. When I get to the store and pick up my shoes, turns out they were ordered in a men’s size so they still were not my size. After all that I had to spend extra money to get to chinook and still left with no shoes as I just got a refund because it was too much trouble at this point. Will never ever spend my money at little burgundy again.

I'm not sure why people are saying nobody acknowledged them or it was poor service. Maybe just an off day. I've been to this store soooo many times, and honestly I am ALWAYS greeted and asked if I am shopping for anything in particular. They are always friendly and helpful, the only exception maaay be if they are super swamped, in which case is absolutely understandable that they have to clue up with their current customer to come assist me. I love this store, and they are so understanding about returns/exchanges.

Went to buy boots and found the staff more helpful than other shoe stores in the mall. I didn't get name of the girl who assisted me, but I can say that she was friendly and turned out to be a great help. She showed good product knowledge and was able to answer my questions. Overall, a great experience and loved the fact that a staff member shows a great interest to help customers with their purchase.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. My shipment has been lost and they are asking me to wait for about 30 days since I placed my order to get the conflict resolved with their shipping company. They are not caring about the customer satisfaction at all. Never buy from them again.

The sales clerk happily spent much longer on the phone with me searching for my size than she probably wanted to, saved me driving all over the city looking for my shoes as she was able to find them at another one of their stores. Very pleasant

They have the basics for getting you up to speed on a new set of shoes. Friendly staff knowledgeable as well. Prices are great. Don’t expect them to have everything your looking for as it’s not the biggest store.

I've been in this store in the past and there sure was a huge difference in the level of customer experience. Staff was disengaged and not attentive. Better training is needed.

Selection is awesome, and they sell brand names like Nike, Reebok, Puma, Adidas, etc. That's generally the first place I go to to buy shoes, and generally where I buy.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with ordering some boots with ease. The manager was super nice and helpful too. Will definitely come back.
