RUN!!! Run far away!!!! This is the THIRD time I stopped in during a time they should have had pizza. After peak hours with enough time to catch up after the rush. Being told I have to wait 20-40 minutes for a hot and READY pizza from a chain who’s “claim to fame” is not waiting for pizza? That is seriously it okay. And the manager just shrugs and says “sorry” every time. It to mention I had to wait 5 minutes for her to tell me that. If your product is supposed to be ready and isn’t, tell you customers when they walk in the door instead of “I’ll be right with you” it’s not hard to add “btw, we’re out of pizzas for 30 minutes.” They never have pizza ready and the staff doesn’t care and the manager is not motivated to fix it. There was one man before me waiting for his pre-ordered pickup for a specific time and he still had to wait. So order ahead doesn’t event work at this location.

These people at this location are rude and unprofessional. I tried to call my order in ahead of time because the app doesn’t have the pay in store option and I only had cash. I was on hold for an hour, and I am not exaggerating. When I got to the store one employee said the phone was broken and the manager knows. ( why not fix the phone if you know it’s broken) Then I spoke with another employee who said started to say the phone wasn’t broken but when I cut her off to say but the last girl just said it was broke she changed what she was going to say and agreed with the lady employee. If the phone is really broken please get it fixed it’s wasting a lot of time for everyone. And if it’s not you guys need new employees and managers because their laziness is costing you guys money and making your business very unprofessional.

Honestly, this place has always been consistent with having orders ready on time. But today , we ordered on the app 30 minutes before going to pic up our order. We arrived at this place and pizza was not even ready!!! And on top of that we still waiting another 30 minutes for it to be ready. We ordered before a lot of other ppl and our order is still not ready!!!!!!!!! The guy at register doesn’t even know what he’s doing , literally so upset right now bc it should not take an hour to get a hot and ready pizza that we ordered well in advance! The guy on duty didn’t even bother to give us anything for the MAJOR inconvenience. Even a sorry would have been minimally good enough. And we still waiting! This order should be freeeeew bc of this at this point!!!

The “co-manager” is barely (no where near) fit to be a manager. Rude, don’t like to say, but is rude . Ordered a flat bread saw you can add toppings didn’t want to charge me for the topping when I asked to CHARGE ME FOR IT. Pizza is not even made and I can’t add toppings . All wanted was jalapeños to be added. Was in the process of paying for it . It’s just pizza she needs to be more attentive to customer service as she is in the food industry . This place sucks every time but today this little lady with neck tattoos really pissed me off but instead of telling her I know google hurts her employment .

The last time I visited this location was 3yrs ago, unfortunately it was the same results. Customer service was poor, yet again pizza was burnt. I try not to be rude a lot when it comes to anyone who's doing CS work, but today's CS is awful, then they want to record the customer arguing or upset because of overall experience. My experience was bad and my food. I see why I stopped going to Little Caesars. I just wanted a cheat day . The most crispiest pizza I have ever had.

Worst service at Little Caesars I ever had. I ordered 2 pizzas through the app. It said my order would take 20 min. I get there 23 min. later and they only have one of my pizzas ready. They don’t start making the other one till I get there. So I have to wait 20 min. more. While I’m waiting the pizza that was ready is sitting on the counter getting cold. So I end up waiting 40 min. For 1 hot pizza & 1 cold pizza which didn’t pay for. I got a refund and left. The only thing they offered to do was have me wait 20 more minutes so they could replace the cold pizza. Now I gotta wait 5 days to get my money back on my card. Just a waste of time! Smh! #GottaDoBetter

Little Ceasers “Hot and Ready Zone” I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. Nothing was available not even thin crust. Poor customer service, and no communication. Do better guys, you promote a ready pizza.. Although it isn’t ready, don’t make me wait 20 minutes. Will not come back, would rather pay double than wait at this location again... I could do better. I asked for their names and they didn't even give them out. Poor customer service. On a side note, if you’re going to make people wear masks. Even though the governor says otherwise , enforce all the CDC guidelines. Not just the one. Very disappointed with this visit.

I just ordered at this Little Caesars Pizza. The pizza was not well cooked all the way. They only cooked it on top.The pizza still had white, soft dough inside at the bottom. I tried calling but the phone is busy. This is not cool. Yes they were friendly, but I had to put the pizza in the oven to make sure it was cooked well. Was I rushing them...No. They could have taken 20 minutes. Why I didn't take it back??? You go in there and see....Only one time with my family. I wish I would have read the reviews and I would've went somewhere else to spend my money.

I showed up here and tried to open the door this girl gonna stare at me. I’m leaving and I see other people show up and they let them in. So o turned around came back right when someone was leaving and called the girl out. She was like oh I thought you were standing there idk you wanted to come in. Then I have to wait 1ins for a pizza because they decided to stop making the hot and readys. I go to little Cesar’s all the time never has this happened. The only reason I waited for this pizza is because I promised my kids. And ot was 9:55 at night.

My wife and I ordered something from this location through DoorDash and apparently they never received the order. The driver even showed them the invoice and the workers of this Little Caesars refused to make the order. DoorDash customer service called them to figure out what was going on and they refused to pick up their phone. We waited 45 minutes and ended up having to cancel the order. Never again will we order from this location. The most unprofessional people work here. They have screwed up our orders before and this one took the cake..

First and Last time doing delivery from this Location, im not sure who’s at fault whether the DoorDash driver or the little Caesars employees but it’s ridiculous that I pay so much for the delivery fee and receive this in exchange. I called and requested a refund the same day (October 11th) and it’s been close to a month now and I’ve received nothing. If I could Rate you, no stars, I would. Do better!!!

Good convenience place not too far ...right on the parking lots of fiesta... across the street of 24-hour gym easy to get to. Also they get you the pizza pretty fast at least that was my experience... I'm not saying that they're the fastest but for me they took care of me really fast when I came there so I'm happy five stars

Hot and ready stuff is good to go. I ordered a deep dish and some Italian cheese bread, stuff that isnt made to order. I work in the industry as well and she was saying I’m not checking your order because they got her working as a slave and went to the back to complain some more to her team and cursing and everything. So I order through the app and it states it's gonna be ready in 17 minutes. Pickup is supposed to be at 8:30, at 8:29 app states it's ready to pickup. I walk in the store it's 8:38 and my pizza still isn't ready. Why does the app state it's ready when it's not. For this price probably domino or papa johns will be better. Not hetti g custom pizza again

Fast service and I surprisingly liked the staff. It's a small place that has only like 2 or 3 staff but that makes ur visit quicker because they all focus on you for that moment. When the guy at the counter says wait 5 minutes ur food will come in 5 if he says 10 it will be in 10. The honesty and keeping of that promise is refreshing.

Their pizza pies are so cheap and delicious plus their crazy bread are the best. This location gets packed at night but you'll be fine if you order online to pick up, you won't have to wait in line and everyone will just stare at you thinking why they didn't do the same plus ask you what did you do to get the pizza that fast haha.

Great quick place to get pizza. Make sure your pizza is cut before you leave. But other than that everything is fresh and employees are very friendly. They make sure you found everything you need even if you need napkins. Hope yall enjoy it. If there is something wrong let them know and they can help you solve that problem.

I wanted delivery as I'm disabled but I was force's to pick it up. The manager never picked it up the phone when I was told to call to change to delivery. No wheelchair ramp. Rude front end.

Disappointed... I ordered 6 boxes of pizza for my students and let me say this... my students and their parents were NOT happy. I placed an order for next day pick up at 10:30. First, they tell my team it's going to be another 20 minutes... Then, I received all 6 boxes only to open burnt pizzas...

45 minute wait time on a Thursday and the staff move slow as possible. You’d be better off driving to fry road and getting a pizza as advertised. Hot and ready not hold on over a half hour while we get your pizza. Sincerely the guy that got the deep dish split half meat lovers half pepperoni.

This little Caesars is a quick one. They take your order and get your name so they can make sure they have the right person. They are pretty accurate with your food order and the people inside are respectful. The location is clean.

The pizza we ordered was cold, they forgot to put the sauce with the crazy bread combo and the bread looked like it was made by a 5 year old thick on the edges skinny in the center. Over all if there was a zero star I would have given it to this place.

Every time we receive pizza from this location it is terrible. Either the pizza is too greasy or the ingredients are not fresh. Ordered the Slices-n-Stix today and this is what was advertised versus what we received. The sticks are hard and inedible.

Pizza was super fast. Lady in the front was not friendly at all. She didn’t answer my question. Looked at me funny when I asked for cookies. Just a heads up to management.

Went in today Sunday 9/20/20 at around 2pm the cashier was amazing at helping everyone there. She was running the cash register and also running to the back to help the other employees with the orders. And had a great attitude.
