This place is a joke. When I got there people were inside and outside waiting on pizzas. One lady complained that she had ordered 40 min ago and it still wasn't ready. There was at least 4 different employees in the back standing around, talking, and eating pizza. Yet there was no ready made $6 pizzas ready and this was at 7:30 pm the hight of the dinner rush. In fact the warmer unit for the $6 pizzas was only being initialized after my friend asked for the Manager and District Manager's phone numbers. Which by the way we did not receive. The employees claimed there was no district, or area, manager to give me a number for and only gave me the store I. D. number and the name of the supervisor, not even the store phone number was given to me. I will say that my order was ready quickly and while nothing special to rave about it was good tasting pizza. Not good enough for me to ever visit this store again but at least it was not the cherry on top of a bad experience. My recommendation avoid this place it's not worth the aggravation.

Will never go here again!! They don’t carry Parmesan cheese, I really don’t care for pizza(I buy for the kids) so to actually eat their pizza I need parmesan, not just me but the kids were disappointed bc what is pizza without out it and when I told the employee they should have told me when I ordered, bc we would have went to another location that carries it. He says well everyone knows we don’t carry it, first off I’m not from here and don’t assume all your customers are from this area...then I said “so yall don’t ever have it??” He says we have before but it’s been a long time. Like seriously what pizza plac doesn’t carry it!!...I did say your manager must be cheap(wrong wording, should have said the establishment though) he then says it’s the owner not the manager...so my complaint is now with this establishment’s CHEAP OWNER who doesn’t carry cheese but does pepper flakes(the cheapest of the 2).. I won’t support a greedy establishment, so we deff won’t be back to this location!!

After the 6th time coming to pick up pizza For coworkers I'm finally leaving a review . They charge extra for Marana sauce even when you buy the combo that states it comes with it. There's no set prices on the sauce so while one location may charge 75cents this location charges 1.20$ On top of this already location based issue (meaning other locations have not had these issues) This is the 6th timer in 2 months picking up pizza For work during their stated Hot-n-Ready hours that nothing is ready .Not lunch combos .Not cheese pizza .Not pepperoni pizza .The only thing actually ready without a 10minute wait has been the Extra Most Bestest pepperoni pizzas, not the regulars . It's frustrating and disappointing to consistently have a 10minute wait on food that is stated to be ready .

I have been many of times and today I ordered 2 Pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese and one combo of bread sticks it was like they care to be there instead I got two extra pepperoni pizzas and my bread with no sauce and it was so hard and on butter garlic nothing on them so I go back in to Exchange for new ones and the are you with me saying they did make me my pizza right and I told them please just make me new ones with extra cheese and she made me still pay extra $5 for cheese and did not Exchange my breadsticks . Still getting home going to find out by eating my pizza that she put extra cheese but this time she put no sauce on my pizza and they were very dry OMG WAS SO MAD .they have very (POOR)interest in the customers I will never return to this location

I only live one block from this restaurant by my house but I just had to order in just because, the driver just called me when he was leaving my pizza and I answered and hung up. But then I called him back because you forgot my ranch and he didn't answer. Then I called the store and of course they did not answer either. So if I send my husband back for my ranch when he forgets it or I don't want my pizza it's going to be the same for delivery I would like refund please.. I paid delivery fees a small order fee and I left a tip.. I also buy about three to four pizzas a week from here.. so I just paid $22 for a $8.99 Pizza and I couldn't even get it the way I liked .. then I could not even complain to a real person so I was ripped off

Personally at the Lancaster location the customer service has proven to be poor; it could be much better. Also the pizza could be a hit (Good) or a miss (bad). I would love more consistency from the closest location to me. I literally go further to Haltom City just because i have more confidence in their work, and on the flip side they have wonderful customer service. But the my issue is i shouldnt have to do that. Every location should offer me the same experience because they all represent the same company which means they all should be trained the same. If you hate your job then don't come. Us as customers should be able to enjoy walking in to any Little Caesars! Not driving past one to get to others.

Let me start by saying I used to work at Little Caesars Pizza for over 2yrs in Dallas. I know to make the crazy bread crazy they put Parmesan cheese on it. So I was completely thrown when after asking for Parmesan cheese on my pizza I was told no because they no longer had the little packets. Even tho they still have crushed pepper. So I said okay you may not have the packets but I know u have some in a shaker back there can you please just put some on my pizza when it comes out and this guy who is already done giving me change says he will have to charge me again. Really? For something that is supposed to come with the pizza any way? My God y'all! Could ya be anymore greedy?

Sold me a cold pizza and drove all the way from home back to this location just be told that i took a bite of it and i can’t take it back very disappointed at there customer service they treat everyone like the homeless that’s in their area i will never come back to this location they have new people that’s running thus location they must be from another state I’m try my best to report this location about there service selling poor customer anything cause they hungry and have no other choice

If I could post without Amy stars, I would. Yesterday I ordered pizza and dessert for my kids to be delivered. Tipped 20% ahead of time. Im less than 1/4 mile from this location but I'm bed ridden, that's why I did delivery. I did not get the dessert so I immediately called and dealt with a person that put blame on door dash for not checking order. She refused to send it out or give refund. I pointed out their website didn't state we take our chances. To add insult to injury, the food needed to be thrown out. Even the manager didn't offer to help. I will be contacting BBB tomorrow. Just a heads up.

I went into yhis place 2 days ago to order a hot and ready pizza for $6.99. The cashier told me it would cost me $15. I posted out the price wad 6.99 and she told it would still be $15. I don't know why this lady lied to me. It hard not take it to heart. But I did and she was wrong. My money is good and it felt like an insult. But she insisted on $15 as being correct. So now any place that tries this with me will get review from me since this has become. A repeated situation. I don't know what the issue is. But I just want to know why.

Friendly service, the employees here are hard working people and know what they are doing. Lol at the whole place. Esp the young skinny and young big spanish workers taking 15 minutes doing correct math after a dude gave them 50$ he probably been scamed so many times he was making sure not that time. Luckily I only was there to get a hot and ready but certainly not for me because I would never. How many monkeys does it take to screw in a light bulb? Any ways if you getting pizza for others or yourself dont go here youll be inconveinvent some how some way and the one of cashiers breaths stunk bad so wear a mask if you dare visit

The service at this location sucks. Horrible customer service and useless in time. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes to leave home. Arrived and still had to wait 45 minutes to get order. They always have some kind of excuse for the timing and no compensation for the poor service. What's the use in ordering online if they are just going to tell you that they are having problems with the ordering system. I have never in my life seen such an unorganized food business and in my opinion they can shut this location down if you ask me. Ijs

I am updating this since the Little Caesar's home office has now made this right! They would have received a 5 star if they had handled this at the store level. I placed an order today and it was delivered by a delivery service of their choice. They did not bring everything with the order and refused to send the missing items. The manager Jason said it is not his responsibility to make sure they pick up all items to make sure everything is delivered correctly. Very poor customer service!

During these COVID-19 times.. social distancing is highly important. Although, I don't live anywhere near this area it came up as one near my location. The limit is 5 people in the store at one time... unfortunately it is not enforced in such a small space. Panhandling is a major issue at this location too making it a safety concern of mine as well. The staff however was courteous the one young lady working the front seemed overwhelmed by one customer refusing to wear a mask.

The pizza and the people or the young lady I should say who helped me out was amazing. But the location of the place that parking lot no.

This place is literally the worst place to order pizza, not only Do they NEVER have HOT & READY Pizzas but their service is soo bad that whenever we finally get to order they mess up on the order and they overcharge on things we didn't even ask for. To TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY ASK YOU TO WAIT TO FIX THE ORDER ANOTHER 20-30 MINUTES. I'm never again going to this restaurant or ordering from Little Ceasars EVER AGAIN.

The main reason why I settled for them was bc everything was always fresh, until today! They stopped taking online orders by 850pm and call ins so I had to place my order there, which was no problem. Until when I got there at 9, they told me they weren't making anymore fresh breadsticks and I had to take the old ones sitting in heater. Per the manager Giovanni !! I'll be calling corporate tomorrow.

THE BEST PLACE EVER! the employees are very nice and honest! but i do feel bad for them because every time ago there's always a karen complaining about the dumbest things that a person with common sense would understand also shoutout to the managers assistant! i think his name was victor or gio i think, but he helped me out a lot. great place and good job whoever hired them

Waiter rude asked for a hot and ready when I asked why was it 8.00 he said I needed to be more specific and ask for the classic there was more than one hot and ready. Will never visit this location again and then I had to wait for my pizza. Make sure you ask for the classic or they will pick what they want you to have instead of asking you the customer what would you like.

Just don’t come here. Try another location nearby. People and place inside might be awesome, but the parking alone is super dangerous and unbelievably crowded. Sits next to a nail salon and cash checking/western union and that gets a lot of traffic. Also was approached by a couple panhandlers when I walked in to the store. Total nightmare trying to pick up a pizza order!

Need a MAJOR upgrade on the parking lot! Especially at the entrance. Store entrance very tiny barely any breathing room. Pizza a little thin. It's a hit or miss when it comes to quality. slowest place ever! There were 7 people who came in and out before me! I placed an order over the phone prior to my arrival and arrived by when my pizza was supposed to be ready HOWEVER I am told to wait??!!! Hell no. 2nd time I have an issue with delivery from this place and it will be the last time. Very unprofessional with responses and take no responsibility with their mistakes. They only care about procedures when it comes to them not doing the work in fixing their mistake and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The staff is nice but the part of town is scary to be in and if you order online it processes slowly. Had to wait an extra 30 mins because of how the system works. Not the employees fault though. They were very nice.

Ive been going to this location for some time now. The employee are kind and professional. I normally get the "Hot & Ready". I have tried other offers. Im not a bug fan of there hot wings. If you don't want to cook, this place is a great place to get your family or self some quick food.

Laura j was very rude and overlooked me to speak Spanish to a customer 2 customers behind me. When I asked for ranch for my wings she informed me that would be a 99 cent charge. I should have just gone to buffalo wild wings!

The workers were cursing and arguing with each other with kids present, it has happened two times. There was a guy laying in front of the door in his underwear, it was terrible, the pizza was good but the place was terrible

I have always like their pizza great value for your money, its always a good place to choose whenever you don't want to cook or give your spouse a break from cooking. Besides kids are always in the mood for pizza.

You order over the phone and tell you it going to take 10 mins and I be at the store over 30 mins and kids are not wearing there mask but they allowed to go inside to order and we can't go inside without a mask

Their Pizza is always hot and ready! And it's really hot not just Pizza sitting in the warmers hot but fresh out of the oven hot all the time! That is the only Little Caesars I visit on Lancaster in Fort Worth.
